We used Mr. Sundae as one of our vendors for our company bbq of over 400 guests. Everyone was extremely impressed with the quality of ice cream and the exceptional service provided. I highly recommend Mr. Sundae for your next event!

A fantastic company that offers excellent service and quality treats! Communication with the owner to book a group visit was so easy as the owners are kind, courteous and prompt with responses. Staff in the truck went above and beyond to serve everyone in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company for your next group event! Ice cream and slushies were delicious!

Mr. Sundae outdid themselves today! They stopped by our Day Program to serve Ice Cream to our participants! Everyone had huge smiles on their faces and Kale, the staff running the truck, was very outgoing, patient and kind. Highly recommended!!

I had Mr. Sundae Ice Cream truck at the Retirement Home I work at for an afternoon treat. It was a great hit, the staff are very professional and were great with the seniors. I highly recommend having them at your next event!

Recently had Mr. Sundae at our office for an afternoon ice cream treat - our employees loved it and we had roughly 400 people served in the span of an hour and a half. Everyone walked away happy with their ice cream treat. Will definitely be reaching out to the team again to return to our site. 10/10, IBM Ottawa loves having this company on site!

We recently held an outdoor, socially distanced employee appreciation lunch for workers on a construction site, and had Mr Sundae booked for a fun dessert option. Kale was operating the truck, and she was a superstar. From booking to the actual lunch, they had great communication, great prices, and best yet - great ice cream. We will absolutely use Mr Sundae again - thanks gain Sylvain for the wonderful service.

Just get my first Mr sundae soft serve ice cream coming from Montreal (good) soft ice cream are not that popular/easy to found here in Ottawa. I am thrilled with my experience with Mr sundae truck, it's made with real cream, nice and fluffy taste, not crazy on sugar just the right amount.Thank you Mr sundae hope i see you soon in my street!!

Would give 6 out of 5 if allowed, was outside playing basketball with the neighbourhood, we complained that we have not seen last years ice cream truck yet , so i emailed Mr Sundae saying that on Sundays there are plenty of kids around who want some ice cream........the truck was here 15 minutes later......come on 15 minutes, i meant like some Sunday soon, not right now. best customer service ever, street full of smiling faces and the ice cream lady was super good and smiley. WICKED

Booked Mr. Sundae for a second time at the retirement home that I work at and once again, residents and staff were very pleased! A nice treat during our annual summer bbq. Kale is always friendly and serves with such grace. Would highly recommend !!!!!
