Staff in the store are excellent but don't try to call the store. Terrible recorded phone menu after multiple rings and rarely does anyone actually answer the phone.

I’ve been here a few times heard a lot of older customers be very cranky and short with the employees but that’s understandable most people in pain and who are older are cranky, I know I am but these people are doing the best they can. Just remember when you’re complaining about this generation that you’re being a jerk as well if not more

Great store for basics for family members who develop accessibility needs due to illness or older age. The employees are kind and knowledgeable. It's sometimes hard to tell when the store is open because of reflections on the windows so be sure to try the door if you're there during store hours

You seriously need to fire Leslie. She is extremely rude to customers and her team. Owner really needs to see how day to days run in there because it's terrible. You work in a field where people who are hurt and injured come in. Have some respect for people or find a new job.

Great service but busy, understandable when under staffed, always go for seniors day

I was initially deterred by the low Google Rating, however ultimately decided to go for the one item I needed. Nikki was fantastic - she greeted us at the door, knew exactly where the item was, carried it to the front and was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Amazing staff members who despite my nervousness and my father being there, didn't joke back but kept everything serious and kept me on track. They're out of the box thinking allowed me to pick up medical necessities for my father so his quality of life would be improved.I would like to give a big shout out to the politeness and professionalism displayed by the staff at this location!

I called first to see if they had a recliner chair that would stand up. I was very rudely cut off just so she could tell me it's called a lift chair and not a recliner chair. It's really funny because it looks exactly like the recliner chair we have at the house it just does not stand up enough for my grandfather. They request a $300 deposit which I gave them in cash when I went to return the chair I had to wait for 30min to get my deposit back. They don't keep that much in the tills. I shouldn't have to wait that long if they don't want to leave that much in the till than at least have a safe in the back to get it. The staff will not help load or unload at all but they will stand and watch you struggle. The store hours really are not great but when you need it you have to make time to be there. I wish I got the names there are 2 woman at this location that just like to feel superior and talk down to everyone that comes in. As I stood for 30 min I had a lot of time to watch them interact with other customers. it appears everyone coming in including my self is helping out a person with a disability, old age or had an accident the least the could do it be polite and not condescending. Forget even calling no one answers the phone and your call will not be returned. They need to hire different people with more compassion and friendlier
