I visited here on Sunday, the 23rd of April, at 3pm. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing first impression. I brought my 2 year old Son in, hoping to have his first ever haircut. We were very excited.However, immediately upon entering we were met with a hostile reception. No such thing as a warm welcome here.There was only one customer in the place and the lady who was cutting his hair said that she would not cut hair under 3 years old, and for some reason, she seemed very annoyed that we had even come in.Fair enough if you don't cut Toddlers hair, but there was no sign up saying such, and it still didn't warrant a moody, passive aggressive attitude towards myself & my son, nor a rude dismissal.There are ways to say no, without being rude or hostile. I asked the lady if she might recommend somewhere else, but she had no suggestions.Needless to say, we won't be returning when my Son reaches 3 yrs old.This was all the more disappointing because l had spent time reading many good reviews of this business beforehand, and this seemed like a very good place to visit.

Was there with my 1 year old boy for his first haircut. I was impressed by Caty’s professionalism, passion and patience. My son started crying halfway through the haircut but Caty was patient to finish. The staff was also excellent, they tried to play and distract my son from crying. It was a beautiful experience for us. I highly recommend them and would definitely come back .Thank you very much ❤️
