We had a unique equestrian property for sale. One broker was successful, another one estimated very low. John SOLD in 2 weeks, 30% above the estimate of the other realtor. That was in 2011, before the markets went crazy. For this type of country property, he is the best in the GTA.

Be aware before engaging this firm to list your equestrian property. Had a terrible experience with John Dulap and Liz Campbell a number of years ago. They took advantage of my dad's equestrian property listing.. getting a buyer Liz knew to low ball purchase it for gains to Liz as she boarded her horses there. A total lack of morality and act for personal gain move. They restricted all legitimate showings in order to get the buyer they wanted to purchase it and at the same time double end the deal. I was going to report them to Treb and might still do so.
