Great place for breakfast , served to your table on china plates ! Staff friendly , clean , no handicap door buttons !(try opening their doors while on crutches)they need decaf coffee!

This location is really good. Clean with helpful staff! Had breakfast with friends here, was comfortable, the crowd was nice and you'll see some friendly faces here from other businesses in town behind the counter!

You know how coffee at A&W used to be almost too strong? Ya not anymore at this location. I have had 4 coffees in a row that were so weak that I literally could not taste coffee. It was basically hot water. Seems like a bad business model to me. I get a $2 coffee and $15-$20 worth of food. Now I will get nothing because the coffee is worthless. Pretty dumb management I'd say.

After waiting already 20 min in the drivethru, had to wait at the umbrellas again. Just as bad as the McDonalds here in town. Just go next door to burger parlor. Edit to add, only had two people in front of me.

No ketchup or napkins in the bag, burger was a poorly wrapped mess, and a soggy straw, woke culture virtue signalling at it's finest. A&W has really fallen. No thanks.

terrible service, terrible staff especially the younger girls. ordered a poutine and the fries were cold and stale, completely disgusting will not be ordering from this location again. hire new staff.

Lovely staff, Never have had a bad experience.Service is a little slower, but one of the girls explained new staffing occurring and most of the staff being trainees, so it just takes a little longer. I'm totally okay with waiting a bit longer then usual with the understanding that these are new jobs for people. Whilst I understand it's inconvenient for people (Cleary depicted by people's reviews), I've never had an employee be rude to me if I'm asking of something within their ability. I've even seen them bring customers items they have asked for even though they are clearly at the stand, and there is no complaints, just smiles!!!
