I cannot begin to say enough good things about this dealership. Very professional, courteous and understanding.Garth helped me get into a vehicle I love way more than I thought I was going to. I didn't think my credit was good enough for something as nice as I received, at a rate that blew me away!I've had my vehicle for about 4 month's now and my entire experience has been extremely pleasant.Keep up the great work and I will see you guy's again in 2 years :)

Worst customer service ever. I have been calling for over a week to check my order status. I was told by receptionist that someone will call me and took my number. I never received a call for over a week. Called them again and I was told the same thing. Today when I called, my phone was disconnected by receptionist (female) 5times in the middle of the conversation. Very unprofessional dealership ever. When I asked for her name then she said that's not necessary because she knew she is not going a good job.I understand they might be busy with other customers, are they busy for over a week and no one got time to get back to me?No business with you. Thank you so much for saving me!

Last time I came in for warranty work, I went for a test drive. Best time waiting for service ever! This time I dropped the car off for work that was expected to take all day, or 2 days, was done by 11am. The mechanics, know their craft and work together to get the cars out quickly, and the staff at the service desk are always very nice. Would recommend for service or sales 10/10.

I’m 90 min away from this dealership and I was in Brantford for a meeting. I wanted to meet Grant as his personal & dealership reviews are excellent. Grant is extremely friendly, transparent, knowledgeable and took his time to go over all the car details & questions. He didn’t use any pressure tactics, a true professional. Also, check their YouTub videos, it’s another great selling point and educated me on the Kia products I was interested at. Due to car shortages in Canada the dealership didn’t have the car I wanted. If you are looking to buy a Kia, I strongly recommend Grant!

Second time purchasing a vehicle with Kia! Both times were a pleasant experience. Everyone is really friendly and no one is pushy. Grant was super personable and answered any questions I had. Andrea was awesome, not at all pushy with the extras they have to offer but honest and informative to help you make a good decision when finalizing purchasing the car. They even sent me a birthday email which I thought was cute! Thanks again to the Kia Brantford team :)
