We have had our worship/fellowship hall chairs (one and the same) around 9 years ago and are still loving them. We use the chairs each Sunday morning and have hosted many banquets. Our facility gets rented for wedding receptions quite often. The chairs remain very comfortable. We cannot tell that they have lost any firmness and the fabric is still tight and dressy. In just the past two months we have received compliments from persons outside our fellowship who mentioned they just love our chairs--they're so comfortable." We've been taking it for granted. We are glad we purchased them. We made that decision by comparing them with other companies and have no regrets. The Chairtex company has been excellent to work with. Customer service has been very helpful and pleasant when we had cleaning questions or needed replacements. They will definitely get our attention if/when we need to purchase more chairs! So worth it! We bought an older church building 12 years ago, and soon replaced the pews with Chairtex chairs in our sanctuary (great decision!). We also bought other cheaper chairs for our various classrooms (not the best decision!). We have since expanded our sanctuary twice, and each time come back to Chairtex for our chairs rather than cheap chairs. Why? 1) Quality - I don't know of a single Chairtex chair that has failed. But we have a bone-yard of cheap chairs. 2) Comfort - even my wife says she struggles to sit for any length in the cheap chairs, but people keep taking the Chairtex sanctuary chairs to their classroom to sit in them! 3) Color - we know that even years later, Chairtex will be able to match our existing color when we purchase additional chairs.And throw in great customer service from Chantal and Deborah, and a company that uses 100% North American labor and materials, you have a winner! This may sound like a commercial, but it is not. It is just a satisfied customer. And when I find something of true worth (like the Gospel of Jesus Christ), I am excited to tell others about it!

We purchased chairs from Chairtex about 10 years ago and they still look great. Our church has used them Sunday morning, Sunday evening, Wednesday evening and for special events and we have not had to replace one yet. I'm actually putting an order together for more chairs since we've filled up the ones that we have. I'm thankful that we can order them knowing they will be quality chairs that will last.

We looked far and wide for a high quality stacking church chair that we knew would look great but also be superbly comfortable, last well and be serviceable in high use. We trawled the internet and then found CHAIRTEX. CHAIRTEX were efficient from the start and all the information we needed was forthcoming. Being a UK buyer we were somewhat unusual but that was no problem. They found us a local church who have bought chairs 2/3 years ago and we arranged a visit. We could see that these chairs still looked pretty new despite daily use and in comparison to the inferior UK sourced chair from a UK supplier we took with us, there was no comparison. We found a lovely fabric from the Absecon Mill samples that were posted and we placed our CHAIRTEX order. We had regular e-mail updates and just into the new year, an email arrived saying they were ready. We paid our final balance and CHAIRTEX gave us the shipping information along with very fine detail on how they'd arrive, how we could unpack and unload etc etc. All spot on! So, the chairs arrived by ship in a container. The UK shipping agent made contact with us, did all the documentation and then told us the chairs would arrive 9am on Friday and they did! We unloaded the container one by one with helpers in a line passing them through. Every chair was immaculate and perfect. Welds, seams, patterns, paint finishes all perfect. Sunday all our guests arrived and were blown away by how special they looked. More so, how comfortable they were. After 25 years of school hire and hard plastic seats, we are enjoying some comfort. All shapes and sizes have commented on how comfortable they are and I agree 100%. Worth every penny we spent on them. I foresee them lasting years and years to be honest. Well done CHAIRTEX. For info - any UK charities buying these chairs do not have to pay any import duty if for charitable use (massive saving for us). ALL GOOD!Our order was for 150 Infinity 657 chairs with book shelf to rear and 50 infinity 757 with arms. All in elegance petunia fabric with 3 inch duofoam. We paid slightly more to have the frame upholstered into the chair, so you cannot see the metal back frame and it was worth it for sure.

We just built a brand new church July 2017 and we searched high and low for the best price and the best quality chair we could find. We compared many different companies and Chairtex was by far the best in every way, from my initial contact with Chantal Kramer all the way through to the delivery driver, everyone was professional and eager to serve/help. we purchased a superior chair at a great price. Our church began a Worship Center renovation in October, 2018 with the goal of completing the project in time for Christmas. One major component of the project was removing the old pews and installing chairs. After speaking with numerous vendors and inspecting their sample chairs, we chose Chairtex based on their excellent reputation, and the fit, finish, and comfort of their sample chair. Our church purchased 200 chairs from Chairtex over 4 years ago, and we haven't had a single problem with any of them. They look beautiful, they are incredibly comfortable, and they are extremely well made. Chairtex's customer service is great also. Throughout the ordering and shipping process, they were in contact with me, letting me know where our chairs were in the process. They shipped quickly (much sooner than our deadline) and arrived well packaged.As we were considering chairs for our church, we ordered samples from two companies whose chairs looked nice online. The quality was not impressive. Fortunately, we were able to visit a church who had Chairtex chairs and compare the quality. Chairtex chairs that were 10+ years old were in far better shape than the new imported chairs that we had samples of. You could tell that the upholstery foam on the sample chairs was not going to hold up, and the fabric was very cheap looking.If you are in the market for chairs, I think Chairtex will give you a list of people in your area that have ordered from them so that you can go see the quality for yourself. I definitely think that if we had ordered the imported chairs, we would have to start all over because they would not have held up. With Chairtex, we are ready to order more because we are so pleased with the ones we have. And I love that all of the materials are from North America. Thanks for making such a great product!

In 2006, our church purchase the Infinity Chairtex Chairs for our worship area. The chairs provided a comfortable seating option that was sharp and functional for the space. These chairs were approximately $42/chair.A few years ago, our church transitioned to a new auditorium with stadium seating. Thus making the Chairtex chairs, our go to chair for special events and overflow seating. Due to a new transition, we have recently been selling the Chairtex chairs, and eleven years later, we have been able to regain almost 50% of our initial investment in these chairs by selling them used.Finally, the customer service has been outstanding. The friendly and helpful nature of the employees is top notch. They are easy to reach and responsive.

Our church in Southern Illinois purchased 200 chairs from Chairtex in 2002. 18 years later our chairs are used 3 times per week and continue to hold their color and look great! We have been extremely happy with the durability and design of these chairs. The metal has not broken. The fabric has absorbed dirt and multiple cleanings and has not faded. Very satisfied!
