Was a bit worried going in after seeing the negative reviews online, but I had a fantastic experience with my winter tires. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very quick service! Highly reccomend.

Very bad service. 10 minutes late to appointment and they have pushed me two weeks away now. Better off buying somewhere in local and get it done.

Great service in repairing a tire under warranty. Took my vehicle in at 6am, fixed the tire, put it back on and remounted the spare....not an easy task. Thanks guys.

Nothing but great experiences here. I’ve had the misfortune of damaging two new tires beyond repair (purchased from Costco) but the employees in the tire centre always help so well. I forget the name of whoever helped me last time but this time Adam helped me out and I’m so pleased with everything!

Very poor customer service. They never answer the phone. We don't need your business attitude. Sad to see in an otherwise customer service oriented business.

Old guy at the counter told me to go to canadian tire instead because costco only sells tires and not wheels. Awesome glad I drove there and waited in line for that. I wanted to buy a set of winter wheels and tires.

This staff & the service at this location used to be good but has deteriorated significantly over the last couple of years. Very rude & untrustworthy services team now.
