The staff are not the friendliest, but the post office is run efficiently. Convenience store has decent selection at typically high prices.

I live in the area, so I've been using this location for several years with only great experiences.

Went there to pick up my Canada post courier from Amazon. Had some gift accessories as well. The attendant was polite and friendly.

awefull owner. Poor English. Refuse to give me my parcels even thou they know they are mine !

The experience you get here is very dependent on who’s working, sometimes you’ll get someone friendly and helpful, sometimes you’ll get someone who’s very rude.I notice generally that the earlier you come, the better the service

Horrible customer service. I ordered a package to be delivered to the post office here, and the staff were very rude and unhelpful when they couldn't find my package (even though the tracking information said it had been delivered). Avoid shopping here at all costs.

I went to this post office to buy a stamp yesterday. The owner took out one stamp and sticked on the envelope. Then he input number on POS machine and tapped my card, without telling me how much he would charge, or giving me a formal receipt with item and price. I asked for that, then I found that the postage was exactly $1, so $1.13 after tax. But he charged me $1.15 with POS machine. It was card transaction, NOT cash! Everyone knows that Ontario HST is 13%. It's the easiest math to calculate for a $1 item it is $1.13 after tax. I DON'T BELIEVE he charged me this amount by mistake AT ALL! Nobody really cares about 2 cents, but the owner can earn much more by keeping doing this. I think this behaviour is a kind of cheating!

People working there are not helpful. They make it seem as if they are doing you a favour by working there. It is always as if it is an inconvenience to offer you any type of service.Avoid if you can. Also man working there can be rude and tries to make you buy an entire booklet of stamps if you want anymore than a few.Finally, lots of business shippers out of this locations so if you hit the store at a bad time there can be a huge line up.

Do yourself a favor and do not even call this store. Very rude people. Very little or no English. Today I only just called to ask for some information and the lady who picked up the phone did not understood a word I was saying and then hanged up the phone because she was busy".
