Visit on May 25, 2019 : Convenient location near the intersection of Main Street & Mitchell Road (Count Roads 86 and 23). Would suggest that should this location be overly busy, you may be well served, if heading that way, to hit the location of Wallace Ave (County 23) on the North Side of Town which is not far removed from this location. Same decent quality of beverages and nibbles one may expect from any other Tim Horton locations. Staff are great.

Food - 3/5Service - 2/5Ambiance - 4/5One of the few tim hortons with a nice and clean ambiance. It was pretty, but the service was very slow based on the customers they had.

Stopped in for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The food was good and the coffee was good also. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast, friendly, and accurate. They have handicap parking, accessibility and washrooms. There is also a drive thru.

Drive through on way to Owen Sound. (They could have got me on the way back...but this is a one try only Tims for me.)Tims has to stop hiring Teens that know ZERO about attitude and customer service.The young girl on Sunday was as dry as my BLT. And why can't Tims cut the sandwiches in half, all the way through, for drive through orders? It's not like we're eating as we go... and give customers bloody napkins....???Extra large steep Tea was piping hot, and it shouldn't have been; 4 cream, 2 sweetner, sandwich, dripped its guts all over my shirt, and no napkin to wipe up the mess, and 10 Tom bits..not hard to screw that up. But can and was by the mechanical teen with no voice that can't be pleasant, or has no ability to VOCALLY appreciate customers with a Thank you"..(Under my breath mocking her

I see that coffee yas gone up in price like most things these days, and I get that ,and I also know the work force just isnt the same as yrs past, but when you sit at the drive-thru window for 3 songs on the radio with almost no customers in store and your the only 1 in Drive-thru waiting in a BLACK" coffee theres something wrong. Oh and fyi I got home to enjoy my coffee to find out it was deff not a black coffee

Very slow service. Be prepared to wait 10-20 mins for just a coffee. I typically pass on Tim’s now because it’s either very slow service or they don’t have stock of items anymore.

I go by there every morning on my way to work, I have been constantly short-changed, I can only understand two workers and the food is usually burnt or wrong order. The service has really gone down hill

We ordered a bacon ranch crispy chicken wrap intending to share for a light lunch. What a disappointment that was. Much smaller than anticipated and nearly $8!! very dry and tasteless. Poor value poor choice never buy again. Will eat at home next time as we make much better wraps.
