The website mentioned close at 6 pm，but they stop take any patient at 5:20 pm. They are so lazy, impatient and impolite. I asked them why, the lady said they have to prepare documents and samples. I have to say it is better to change the close time on 5 pm to give those lazy staff one hour for free.

I walked in without an appointment and it took a total of 10 minutes to get in and out. Staff greeting was non existent but they were kind enough and got the job done. The lady who did my blood work was fast and got it all done in 20 seconds and was virtually painless. She confirmed who I was and got me out of there. It didn’t seem like a really clean place but the important parts seemed clean. Would have appreciated more staff to client communication but otherwise, I was happy with my experience.

Not good experience this morning.I was on time for my appointment. There was line up again for walk in..when I got an email reminder, on that email it was mentioned When you arrive

I am leaving this review for any future clients who might be concerned for their personal safety!I arrived at the lab's location to drop off a test as per my physician's request. I joined my place in line where I was verbally assaulted and physically intimidated by another male customer who was a very large, aggressive, and threatening. I felt very intimated by this individual! During the interaction a very kind lady with a young child, who was also in line, intervened in my defence. NO ONE!...from your staff, on your premises even attempted to diffuse the situation! Why?Your staff watched and still received this individual for his services, after witnessing what happened.What are your policies and procedures to ensure that your clients are safe from verbal and physical abuse? I will not use the services of a business that can not ensure my safety.

I have been here several times and the staff was always cheerful, kind and helpful. This time, a receptionist that I hadn't seen before, would receive patients without greeting them. Would ask questions without trying to be understood. Her tone was not friendly at all and seemed annoyed when approached. She received document and health card without looking at the patient.

Worst reception ever. They do not know what customer service is! Very rude, lack of communication - I am wondering what their supervisor is doing letting staff provide customer experience like that ? ! Even though it is walk in and open till 6:00 PM , I was told that they do not accept patient after 3:00? So I book an appointment on weekend and was informed that they do not accept immigration patient on weekends, so I guess they decided not to me for the first two times? They do not care about your experience at all and looks like they are forced to work there, it is so annoying that they waste your time like that. If the owner ever reads this I would suggest replace every single one of them including supervisor!!!

A male phlebotomist doesn’t change his gloves. Hygiene is so bad. Everyone who does the blood test is in risk to be infected. Feel worried and anxious.

Terrible staff! Needed to do a gestational test for pregnancy today as I need to see my obgyn tomorrow, and they told me I had to PAY Because I haven’t received my Saskatchewan health card in the mail yet, I showed them the confirmation email saying it’s in review.I’ve been coming here to this location for the last couple months for bloodwork and urine test and I never had to pay a single time .Make it make sense, the staff doesn’t know anything and couldn’t tell me why I had to pay this time when I didn’t previously, she just kept saying I had to pay , so ridiculous.

If you value your privacy at all, do not come here. The whole place is begging for a HIPPA violation.Took family member for blood work here. A man at the front desk was either having a very bad day or should not be interacting with people for a living. He was extremely rude, yelling at seated patients from the front desk to tell them which cubicle to go to.Cubicles are so thin you can hear every interaction from the waiting room. Instructions, name, birthdate, etc. discussed at front desk is very clearly heard throughout the room.They also handed my family member the paperwork for a different person, which he had to correct.They also have a flatscreen tv with a wait queue on the wall…. With peoples first names and last initial. This seems like a pretty big privacy violation?The cubicle my family member was in also had garbage, used bottles, and needle plastics on the floor. Garbage overflowing. This is a disgusting environment to have blood withdrawn from. If they don’t care about garbage on the floor or garbage overflowing are your needles really that clean?
