Worst KFC experience I ever had was here. I was told that the fryers were not working so I was unable to order chicken, when I asked why they were open the lady couldn't give me an answer. I ordered online so I had to spend 40 minutes on hold to get my money back. this place is a joke

Unacceptable experience to the point I don't plan a return. I was understanding their computer wasn't functioning but the attitude the cook gave loudly complaining about each item in my order, scoffing I don't understand what standard means" the standard chicken selection should be posted in the kitchen

Food was good but the waiting time was disappointed. We felt sorry for the one waitress, she had to do it all preparing our meal. Two girls at the desk and a man in the back were dressed like waitress, but stayed around, had a laughter conversation instead of giving that one specific waitress a hand. Another customer who was beside us, said the same thing: it's my last time that I came for a meal

Why have a line-up if food isn’t done in the same order? Had the lady behind me get her food before me and when I asked why they said they were just finishing up my sandwich. That was a complete lie, they just started making my meal! after the lady behind me in line! Not sure if this happens often or just because that lady was friends with the staff.

Best chicken we’ve ever had from KFC Espanola on May 11, 2023 at 7:30pm. The fellow at the counter was very polite and professional. He never stopped moving between cleaning and serving customers. What a nice change!

I ordered online and they most of my sides where wrong . This happens almost every time I order here . I took a screenshot of my order . I ordered 14 pc with 4 sides . Fries , gravy, potatoe salad , and macaroni salad Got home had corn and coleslaw . Not potato Salad and macaroni salad . I was going to check before I walked out but place was packed and I would have unpack everything as it was ready when I arrived. Next time I will be unpacking everything before I leave . Chicken was great by the way
