Reitmans

I have shopped here many times and bought bras as they had a wide selection. Today I ask for my bra size and now they don't carry anything higher than a DDD. I asked where they sell the bigger sizes then, the response I got was a shoulder shrug. Last time I checked - a lot of women who wear your clothes need the larger sizes. Maybe if you advertise to have additionelle products you should carry for all sizes not just some sizes. Try to support businesses in town but clearly will only be ordering online from now on.

If I could I would give this store a 0 star rating. I went to return a jacket that came to me ripped. I didn’t notice the rips until after I tried on the jacket. After I tried it on for a second time (with a bigger hoodie underneath) I took the tags off and that’s when I noticed the rips. I emailed customer support and told them what happened. They told me I can take it back for a refund. When I went in there today, the manager didn’t even acknowledge me and she was yelling at an employee who was sorting out pants. After 10 minutes of me standing at the till the manager finally noticed me. She told me that she cannot help me because the system and computer is down and to come back another day. I told her that I’m going to stay and wait because this is the only day I have free to return the jacket. After a few minutes of looking around the system was up and running. The manager told me she can help me now. When I took my jacket and put it on the counter, she was so rude and belittled me the whole time. Calling me a liar and that I made the tips myself to get my money back and that she’s not going to refund me the money. After five minutes of her calling me a liar and belittling me, she finally gave me my money back. As I was walking out of the store I stopped to look at something real quick. Another employee came out from the back and the manager was talking about me to this employee while I was still in the store. I have ordered so many items and pieces of clothing from reitmans but after that experience, I am never spending money there again

I had a really bad experience in June with this store. My friend went there, and there were 2 girls working. It was 6:45 and they closed at 7. She asked for a different size in a tank top. The associate came out from the back of the store and said I can't help you because my manager won't let me. The manager then escorted her out and pointed at the closing time and would not allow her to make the purchase. I went in the following day and the other manager spoke to me. I explained what happened. I have a video of the details.I went in to this store close to closing time, and I was asking for a size in a shirt to try on, the lady rolled her eyes at me, said don't you know we are closing soon" and refused to allow me to try anything on. This lady was extremely unprofessional and rude. There was another girl working and she was very helpful

**reposting my review because it disappeared from 2 months ago** I have tried twice to shop here lately, but both times Reitmans was closed about 20 minutes early. Today for example, I went to their front door at 6:42 PM knowing they close at 7, but I knew exactly which skirt I wanted so my shopping would be extremly brief. To my surprise, the door was already locked though the lights were on and the sign said open until 7:00. A woman near the cash register stared at me and wouldn't greet me at the door. I tried calling at 6:45 and no one answered. Seriously?! I guess they don't want customers.

This store obviously needs some corporate intervention. They have absolutely no concept of customer service and should be ashamed, my wife refuses to go after her last experience. Just go read the rest of the reviews of you need more proof.

The staff was very friendly and informative. They let me know about discounts I was missing out on. Very helpful and attentive.

I've always loved Reitmans until I went to this one today. Will only do my shopping online from now on. First of all, to offer help and explain sales when someone walks in is great. I let the girl know I wanted to just look around and then the older lady pretty much followed my mother and I around the store. 6 times in 15 minutes she came over to us. Leave us alone to shop lady. It is actually so annoying when you cannot look around in peace without someone following you and repeatedly asking questions. How many times do you have to be told I want to just look around. I do not need a dressing room. Then at the till, 3 girls were working the store. There was a line up and only the older lady was working till. The lady in front of me paid for all her stuff and then the lady proceeded to go get the same top in every colour to show her. Hello lady, we are all waiting to pay. Finally some other girl opens a till because we asked and it literally took her 4 minutes to take the hanger of one shirt. I had 7 shirts and a pair of jeans so you can imagine how long it took her to ring it all through. Brutal. Will not be back again.

I went yesterday in grassland branch, One lady tried to greet me another lady might she was manager because lady who tried to help me listen her, literally she made her stop talking to me and made her to help other customer, I felt so bad I try my best to keep my self control, I picked up few tops which I like it but I did not buy anything because the customer service they provided not acceptable. No more business from me.

My 85 year old mother recieved a Christmas gift from Edmonton. Regina has had 3 weeks of minus 30 degrees weather, and finally my mom was able to venture out. She tried to return, exchange or get a credit for the gift, but was declined all options. Do not ever shop here!
