The owner was very knowledgeable and the price he quoted me to fix my vacuum cleaner seemed very reasonable. I will go back.

He was very friendly and helpful in getting what we needed for my filter queen.

Dwayne (I believe that was his name) was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I absolutely love my new stick vacuum and will recommend this place to everyone! I could not be happier with my experience.

Perfect place for all your vacuum needs, knowledgeable owner, if he doesn't have it he will get it.

We visited to buy bags and spent over half hour learning and chatting. The lady was so easy to talk to, not pushy and was very personable and gave her opinions. We were most impressed and will be back again.

6 weeks ago, I went in to replace my central vac airstream powerhead. I was told he had one at his Tillsonburg store and could get it in by the next day. A week later, I called to follow-up and he indicated that he didn't have one but ordered it and it should come in within a week. I called a week later and he indicated that they don't make them anymore and are replaced by SEBO. He said there's nothing not to like about SEBO as they are top of the line. I researched them on-line and agreed to purchase one from him. He quoted the price and indicated I would have a 2 year warranty. Today, 3 weeks later, now 6 weeks, I called and he said it came in about a week ago and he didn't think I would like it so he returned it. Apparently, he had 3 days to return it. He never called us to inform us it had come in???? I contacted SEBO and found the closest authorized local distributor in Caledonia - The Vac Shop. Within 1 hr, I had my SEBO powerhead with a 10 year warranty and it was also cheaper than what was quoted in Simcoe. Note: Guys Vac shop is not an authorized SEBO dealer and does not have access to these vacuum cleaners/powerheads for resale. Bottom line, I felt deceived and also feel I received poor customer service. I do not recommend Guys Vac Shop in Simcoe.

Stay away from this place!! They will sell you an over priced used piece of garbage with missing pieces and won’t take it back. Shame on them for taking advantage of my senior parents on a fixed income!!!!

I came in here to have my central vac looked at, no nonsense kind of place he assessed the issue in a matter of seconds, he gave me a fair recommendation as far as how to proceed and I appreciated his honesty. I ended up fixing the problem myself based on his recommendation but he was right and he was fair , will definitely be back when it's time for a replacement.
