I wont be doing business with this entity anymore. Keep your political views out of business or risk losing anyone who doesnt fully agree. Also, read the florida bill you are addressing, it never says anything about not being able to say a certain 3 letter G word (I wont say it because I dont want google censoring this review). Inform yourself before tossing good customers to the wayside over some politically biased, preconceived, false notion.

Dose not support industry’s of people who used to buy there products

They have great products. I use their products daily. They have some shampoo which can help to improve your hair. My mon said her hair stop dropping after she uses Lush's shampoo.

i love lush. i worked at their retail shops for three years as an assistant shop manager and loved every minute of it. i am also generally a pretty understanding and patient person. however, i’m disappointed with my online experiences. i’ve had minor issues the past couple of years but this one was the worst.i get that they are short staffed, covid sucks, their boxing day bogo sale is or of control, etc. but my order took six weeks to even ship. and when it arrived, more than half of my product was missing. i emailed them and have not heard back. there was no communication as to if the missing products were out of stock, if they are coming in other shipments, if they’ll refund me the difference, etc. no clue.i know they are a super successful company so i’m just surprised that year after year they can’t seem to get it together enough to handle their online sales. hopefully they can reevaluate their processes to handle their business going forward.i’m sure i’ll keep shopping lush, but will absolutely avoid their online store from here on out.
