Delta Force Paintball Strathmore - Calgary

What an amazing first experience at delta force! This group of 12 year olds for a birthday party had a BLAST! Sure it’s a bit expensive but everything paintball is. They are really good for making you see the deals so your not wishing you paid a little more in the beginning to actually save you money in the end. Make sure you listen to their suggestions on packages. Definitely worth it to buy the 700 balls or more per person! They go through them fast! We will defiantly be returning again!

Great folks there! We had a bachelor party booked for Vancouver but got caught up in the WestJet strike. They transferred our booking to the Strathmore site, and it was great. Isaac Garrett Connor and Jake were awesome all afternoon. Looked after any request, made sure we had everything needed. It was very hot and smoky, so they kept the water coming and worked with us to take breaks and make sure we were all feeling well before we started up again. Great spot sort of hidden just west of Calgary. The maps are fun, equipment is good. We were a fairly inexperienced group and they took great care of us. Would recommend!

Don’t even come here. The staff was rude, made us wait for an hour, and provided terrible customer service. The pricing was outrageous, with only 100 paintballs included and a requirement to pay $60 per person for more. You are forced to buy in bulks and if you don't, you get treated differently even getting mocked at. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

The playing fields there were good. The staff were friendly, for the most part. But the place was way overpriced. They only give you 100 paintballs each and you have to pay at least $87 to get more, and that's just per person. We all had a good time, but it felt like we payed more money than it was worth.

The most terrible experience you could have. When you are registering (they take 40$), they do not tell you that you would have to pay at least an extra 60$ (yes, you heard it correctly!) for the paint balls! (The bullets)Second, there is no tap water there to at least wash the paint off your hands! That’s absolutely ridiculous.I don’t recommend it to anyone. It’s the worst experience someone can have playing paintball. Also, it’s so freaking hot there in summer and you would be soaked in you sweat wearing those bulky thick clothes they give you. (This last one is not actually criticism, it’s just a bad point for their location)

Beware of this place! The whole experience was a nightmare. At the door, they presented us with two options: pay for 500 paintballs per person upfront or gradually as we played. We chose the latter, which visibly upset them. What followed was a nightmarish ordeal of coercion and mistreatment.The staff then resorted to outrageous tactics to force us into paying upfront. They made us wait for an astonishing two hours past our scheduled booking time, showing complete disregard for our time, commitment, and our children who were waiting in the sun. Their behavior escalated to mocking us, issuing threats, and yelling profanities. When we expressed our concerns, the manager even had the audacity to kick us off the premises, arrogantly remarking, That's what happens when you don't have your own property."To compound our distress

The paintball admission does not even let you in to play?! You need to purchase the group packages with the smallest amount being $60. The locations were pretty small, and the rules weren't well executed. (People take their helmets off, people get shot even when their hands are up) Overall, not a good experience when you feel like you couldn't get a refund from your booking.

Good experience with the staff, overall a good facility. One thing to note is because they take large bookings for set times, you may spend upwards of 1 hr getting equipment, orientation, etc before actually playing. You also will be playing with people not in your group. Still had a good time with my friends, however if you have been paintballing before or want to only play with people you know this place probably isn't for you.

The war zones were good and the staff were friendly, but I think they somehow lied to us about the price. When we arrived there they just told us you should pay at least 60$ more if not we do not let you play with other teams because you have less bullets than others. The problem was that they didn’t give any information about these extra prices before registering and it was like a scam. There wasn’t even one tap water for washing our hands or face after playing. Also my gun jammed in the middle of the play, they should renew their guns. All in all their equipment were not in a good condition do was not worth the price and the long ride to get there.
