Staff was extremely rude to my wife when the link for the additional amount for substitutions would not work on the skip the dishes app. Could hear the staff member yelling at her on the opposite side of the room and still did not get the food we wanted. Completely uncalled for and definitely poor customer service. Will not be spending any more of our hard earned money at this restaurant.

We ordered on Dec 30th 2020 in the early evening and it showed up 30 min late, it was cold, and missing items. I called back right away in case the missing item was in the delivery car, and the guy answering the phone said it would take 45 min to send cherry sauce and said eat the chicken balls it's a new style without the sauce. Very condescending.To give him another chance I called back after we ate the cold food and said I was very disappointed in the quality. He would not allow me to talk to a manager/owner and hung up on me. He did offer a free chicken ball, but that's no good if it took another 45 min and we already ate.Last time ordering here.

I can see why the locals love this place, if you came from a Rock from East coast nowhere,then you have no idea about food. I've never seen fake crab in my seafood chow mein .. EVER.. enough said. It'll do in a pinch.

Got this through skip. Usually it’s not bad.This time was a complete waste of time and money. Dry garlic Pork came raw and beef and broccoli tasted like garbage.How do you have a restaurant that is so hit or miss. When it misses it does it so hard.

I have come here three times, I ordered the chili fish rice, Mapo tofu Rice, and Singapore rice noodle. The first two were meh not that bad but the Singapore rice noodles were really tasty. Good portion sizes.Service: you need to tell them exactly what you want because they do not seem to know their menu. If you tell them you want a number 5 they come around the counter to see what you want.Atmosphere: small front of house area with a bar table and a small table. Such a disappointment.The one thing I was wanting more than anything was won ton, well guess what?The won ton stuffing was smaller than my pinky finger nail.5 different dishes and it was all the same and not good.Such a disappointment to think that all those leftovers and gonna be thrown out.Terrible.
