After years of discussion, my wife and I finally decided to have our concrete patio and surrounding pool area refinished. We have tried to repair the broken concrete and heaved areas over the past 5-6 years but it was looking old and tired. After much investigation we reached out to Jerret at Texturock because he was local and was quick to respond about coming out to look at our job. He was professional and well informed about the current options for our job. My wife and I had a few ideas of what we wanted and in conjunction with Jerrets suggestions over color pallet we went with the epoxy application with color flake. When Chris and his crew arrived we were amazed at how hard these guys worked and how professional the job was. There was way more to the job than I expected and there was no shortcuts taken by this company. What a transformation to our backyard. We could not be more happy... As for the previous review about a delay in responses from Jerret. I can understand the frustration, however I think Texturock is a smaller company that prides itself on doing the job right and ensuring the quality is top notch so they may not be on the phone as quick with responses and quotes because they are focussed on the current jobs to make sure the customer is happy. I had to reach out to Jerret a few times to make sure we were still scheduled for our job and he was always quick to reply.I have included a few before and after pictures so you can see the transformation and level of work required to fix our concrete. AMAZING!

Very happy with the results of the job and not an easy one. A couple of minor things that needed addressing but were done cheerfully and promptly. Kudos to Chris and Matt. Photos don't do the results of the job justice.

Amazing work! I have used this company in the past at another home and I loved their professionalism and the quality of their work. They did exactly as I asked. I was so pleased with their work that when I bought another home I hired them to do the work at my new home. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone. Five star review!

After contacting multiple epoxy specialists, I decided on hiring Texturock to install epoxy in my garage workshop because of their prompt responses to my questions, clear explanations of the process, reasonable pricing, and overall professionalism. I'm very happy with the result; there's no dust now, the floors are very easy to clean, and they look great! Jerret and his team were fantastic and I would highly recommend them for your epoxy needs!

The process from the quote to the timeliness of doing the job to the finish was so relaxed and easy. As usual I had 3 quotes and wanted only to compare apples to apples. Jerret far and away was the most straight forward and when their was a question about whose product was the best for my situation, he supplied the technical data for the products so I could better understand the difference. The job took 2 days and it looks great. The crew was quick efficient and thorough. Nothing to clean up, ymthey did it all. If your buying on price alone, you may go somewhere else but if you want quality and no hassles and worry free service then Texturock us your company and Jerret and Chris are your guys. .....tell them Mike sent you!

Linda and Gary had Jerret from Texturock do our pool deck 4 years ago.We can honestly say that this was one of our better decisions to have Jerret and his team transform our poolside deck.Jerret was able to cover up the cracks and faded cement with texturock. Our backyard with our pool and deck looks like a pool area you would find in a hotel.We have just had Jerret’s team come back and reseal the deck and it now looks brand new again.Our experience in dealing with Jerret and his team has been one of the more positive experiences.Now with our grandchildren visiting we do not have to worry about them slipping and falling on the deck, and the other important thing that people should know is that the deck does not get as hot as having a regular cement pool deck.Once again we would like to thank the team at Texturock.We would highly recommend this company to anyone that is interested in making their backyard a showcase.** Posted by Amanda for Gary and Linda

If I could give 10 out of 5, I would. These guys were amazing. The quality of work, the customer service, the attention to detail were fantastic. Each person we worked with was excellent, friendly and professional! I can't thank Jerret and Chris enough for the great product and service. They installed heated floors and a stunning marbled epoxy for our basement rec room, office and bathroom, and a very cool metallic epoxy in our utility and storage area. Everyone who sees our beautiful floors says they're stunning! A year later, and we needed a touchup (we changed the stairs... not something that was missed in the initial install), and they are still servicing us!

Like most people that put their savings into an inground pool, all we wanted was it to be functional & look nice. Most of that happened, but the concrete was a disaster - and the local pool company that we hired that contracted the concrete company was no help and took no responsibility whatsoever for the terrible job. Discolouration in 2 perfect lines right off the start (we were told it would fade and it never did), a massive stain from the pool company itself spilling what appeared to be bleach right across the largest area from a wheelbarrow and to our disappointment, hairline cracks in March of this year (2022) which were still cracking in May - the pool was less than a year old - completed at the end of July, 2021. We hated going outside and seeing the reminder of the terrible concrete every day.Thank goodness for Jerret, Chris and the rest of the crew from Texturock! What a breath of fresh air to deal with! Jerret went out of his way to visit with us, see what we were dealing with and go over our options. We decided to go with their flake epoxy covering choice so we would never have to see the eyesore of the existing concrete again.Chris and his crew were punctual, friendly, hardworking and most importantly, fixed our concrete and now we are happy and not embarrassed anymore. They stayed until the job was done. One night they were here until 8:30 at night after starting at 9 am just so they would be where they needed to be for the next day.We would definitely recommend Texturock in a heartbeat to anyone needing their concrete covered.

Outstanding service and product. Jerret, Chris, Matt and the rest of the crew did a stellar job. We got our front porch done in the pebble stone and the garage floor in the epoxy floor over concrete repairs. They are meticulous and were extremely considerate to our needs. Highly recommended.

I had reached out to Texturock after a previous company completed less than satisfactory work. I needed a second (professional) opinion and that’s what I got. The fix wasn’t cheap but Jarret worked with us to keep it as low as possible. I have since gotten more work from them and are currently scheduled in for a big project.If you are considering getting Epoxy work done look no further. From a person who went with the wrong people, trust me texture rock knows what they’re doing! They are great people. HIGHLY Recommend.
