Genuinely enjoy banking here. Just switched to the free chequing account and left TD bank. I like it much better here, my advisor was professional and informative. I even received a phone call a few days ago just to see if i was enjoying my banking experience and if i had any questions. Very kind staff and a simple, free, awesome account options. Thanks!

I switched banking at Scotiabank over to Envision over a year ago and I'm so glad I did! I was charged over $10 at Scotiabank for their checking account and upon switching, I had no fees on my checking account here at Envision. My advisor Ashley, offered me an overdraft for my account as well which is a $2 monthly fee whereas at Scotia, it was $5. With my account here, I have free etransfers which is so nice as I'm able to send funds to family and businesses without paying fees added onto what I'm sending. The staff are so helpful when I have questions. I find some of their seminars so helpful -- I went to one about retirement and even though I'm in my 20's, I still found this seminar really helpful for my future. The mobile app is really easy to use and I found that naming my accounts online has helped me stay organized with my money. I recommend envision -- I feel like a valued member and not just a number.

Ahhh the credit union, the forward thinking and friendlier alternative to a bank.They still pay low interest and charge high interest though. It's quite a spread.I think what the country needs is financial co-op's that are not for profit.These guys are pretty nice, so perhaps give them a try.

Very poor customer service. Bank tellers at the front are rude and don’t know how to talk professionally.

Great service.So disappointed they changed their hours back to closing early! Would make sense if banks were open so ppl could go after work!

Literally drove by with it open and running within 2 minutes of parking and walking over the staff had already closed down 5 minutes before closing time. Big turn off when you've got to cash a cheque or get something done but the staff'd rather peek around the corner hiding in the back and hope you walk away. Taking my business elsewhere forsure.

Never banked with them, was there to use ATM. Lady who greeted me outside about the power outage had elegant speech and tone. Proactive employees.

Used to be a great financial institution but I can't even call and talk to someone at my branch anymore. Their hours are horrible. Most seem to be closed Saturday. It's ridiculous.

horendous service, met with a financial represtative who was extremely rude and told me that i didnt know anything about banking due to my age and to come back when I have a better understanding. Biggest waste of my time, highly suggest people to stay away from this bank.
