My son began at the age of 4 or 5 in their after school program and switched to evening only classes since the pandemic. Despite some hurdles in life was encouraged to never give up by Mr Sal. My son has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and I have learned that this sport is very helpful to those who display this condition. The result today is that my son is now a 1st Dan Black Belt at age 11, has a boosted amount of confidence because of this encouragement and perseverance. They consider all students family and I would recommend their welcoming, stern but fair and fun environments to everyone!

Excellent. I, myself practice Tae Kwon-Do and it's the best dojang I've seen in a long time. Dedication and friendliness of instructors and students had dramatically improved my child's motivation to learn TKD and at school. There is a richness of team spirit among the students. Importantly, the black belts at the younger ages are very dedicated. It's part of their life, now and forever. There are seminars at extra cost, but worth it. Head instructor's goal is not just TKD but also to shape the children's lives. Safety is a priority but expect high expectations.

An amazing institution of Tae-Kwon-do, it makes you feel like your at home and everyone there treats you like family. 10/10 recommendations for sending your kids there to learn

I would say this is one of the best institute in and around the city. Trainers are very professional and more importantly not money minded. There are lot students and teachers are patiently training each one.

Amazing TKD school. Very close knit relationship between teachers and parents/kids. They put a lot of emphasis on discipline and respect, not just TKD knowledge and theory, and they do so in a manner that really engages the children. The influence they have on the kids and the respect and admiration that the kids have and show for their teachers truly speaks for itself. Highly recommend this school for anyone looking to teach their children confidence, respect and inner strength
