Poor communication and customer service. (print shop). I ordered photo prints that I was told would be ready in two hours. when I went back to pick them up, I was then told that they were not printed there and would be 2 to 3 days. This was Dec 10 and they were to be for Christmas cards. When I inquired Dec 18, as I still had'nt heard from them, I was told they were being processed. On Dec 20 I was told they were in transit. I went back to the store for a refund Dec 29, since i still had'nt heard from them, and magically they just arrived that day. 19 days for pictures to be processed? I was told they were delayed due to the weather. I will never have pictures done through staples again.

In store the staff is mostly pleasant and try to be helpful. The issue I have is ordering online they cancelled my order without informing me. I had to call and demand answers and I was told I have to wait for an investigation to be done, im sure they will find a way to blame me. On top of that I lost the sale price so I have to jump through hoops to fight them to give me that original sale price. All in all, staples sucks and for my office supplies ill use Walmart and Amazon, the computer I bought to replace the ordered one came from a far better store. This situation is unacceptable and no amount of rubber stamp apologetic posts they reply to this with will make it right. Good day enjoy the review exposing your failures.

Management seemingly doesn't care about customers. The latch is still broken on men's room, so much that it's not possible to have a secure, private... er... moment". If they don't care about this - what other aspects of customer care do they ignore?"

I took 3 large pages in to be scanned because my scanner wasn't big enough. Instead of saying they didn't fit on theirs either, the guy took them behind the desk to scan and cut off a third of each one. Did he think I wouldn't notice? Not helpful, not honest and just don't care!

Huge selection of office supplies and a great copy section. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The prices can be a bit high on some things so it pays to shop around.

An astonishing lack of product knowledge amongst the sales associates. I am so happy that I drove 90 mins to be sold an accessory package that isn't compatible with the Surface 9 Pro that I was buying at the same time.

Super fast! Really unhappy with the printing the cards I ordered online they look horrible. Not even the same colour as the proof, the text is really unclear and the card looks like it was printed on cardboard. Couldn’t do anything for me in store had to take the cards I got. Really disappointed normally they do a good job or will re-print if you’re not happy
