A gent got his front wheels stuck in the ditch across from our house at 2:30 AM and needed a simple tow. That's when we discovered that 24 hour towing in Sydney is a myth. It's not a question of being busy. It's that they don't open until sunrise.

Called for a tow truck 5 times in 2 hrs as car broke down and desperately needed a tow nobody answered the phone called a 6th time no answer left a voicemail and nobody returned my call. Not a great way to keep customers or gain new ones it's been a week and still no call back. Horrible experience

I called Smith's towing and within an hour the tow truck was available and at my home to pick up my car I cannot say enough about how professional he was to deal with and how accommodating the administration was. I will be using their service again anytime I need a tow

We’re on vacation (from the USA) and needed a tow from Englishtown, NS to Sydney, NS. Smith Towing was contacted by our insurance company, came quickly, answered the phone promptly, and kept in contact with me while waiting for the tow. Driver was very nice, friendly, and did a great job.
