Sunshine Housing Co-Op

we were living in sunshine housing co-op. just moved out last month .we hired cleaning company to clean our house . but when we ask our share back , ( we paid 2000$as co-op share, and been promised will give back to us once we move out) they charge us 1100$ for cleaning! they hired one of the co-op members to do the cleaning , she is the co-op president's girl friend and she is the co-op board member as well.we feel they steal money from us! and we do not know how we get our money back! should we publish this to new paper? will that help? obviously they know it will be not worth to us to get a lawyer to sue them.and I am not a English speaking person so can easy to bully me.dear friend , if you have ideal please tell us thanks!

DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER here, everything is great, you help out work in the co-op, friends with the people and on the way out they blatently STEAL your shares!After hiring a commercial cleaning company to clean on our move out and being owed painting twice because of our length of stay by the co-op they still charge $1100 worth of cleaning and painting ?! This is outright STEALING, I hope the board here is ashamed as there is little you can do about it short of hiring a lawyer
