Maggie the manager of Mac in Coquitlam centre is the rudest person I have ever encountered at Mac. She doesn't know anything about customer service. will never shop there again. I returned something that the had made mistake and put the wrong product on the receipt and she was angry like crazy person. I feel sorry for all people who work with her.

Customer service wasn’t good. Cashier was chitchatting with her colleagues and didn’t even mention what was the promo going on there and didn’t add up my point. Next time I’ll order online. Bad experience

I’ve been to this store today and had an amazing experience with Jessie M who helped me to find the best match in foundation (which I had trouble for long time in). She knows colour, undertone and could recognize mine very fast and precise. Can’t believe that she chose three shades only and the second was the best and the closest shade to my skin. Her colleague ,who I don’t know her name unfortunately, gave me real good advice too.

I’ve heard M.A.C. “horror stories” about extremely rude employees, but I take them with a grain of salt. I’ve been to this location multiple times, and every time I was helped out by one of the employees as soon as I stepped into the store. The last time I went, Marlene jumped right up when she noticed me and my mother picking out lipsticks. The employee helped me choose a lip shade, and did an amazing job while applying both types. Unlike many other makeup store employees, she wasn’t pushy, and let me take my time deciding between the lipsticks. Her positive attitude left an impression on me, and I would certaonly recommend this store to others.

MAC Cosmetics - Coquitlam Centre
Today I had a wonderful experience at MAC located in the bay at Coquitlam Center Mall. I was help by Christopher and Simone. They went over and beyond to please me and help me find the exact lipstick shade I needed for fall. I can’t even count how many lipsticks I tried on with them and there patience were unreal. The customer service these two humans provided me with was unbelievable and I look forward to going there again without a doubt. And FYI I live in Burnaby however they make it worth while to go to that location. Thanks guys keep up the good work... A raise or promotion should be in your near future!!! We need more people like you.

I had such an amazing experience with Jessie today. She was kind on the phone when I inquired about stock and was even kinder in person. She helped me pick the right lipglosses, shared her thoughts, and made recycling my products easy. She was hilarious, had great energy, and frankly, I didn’t want to leave. I’ve always had a great experience at this specific location but Jessie knocked this experience right out of the the park. Thank you Jessie and team!

I just love their new line! And I love how they are honoring Aliya’s memory (so many of us forgot about her). The makeup artist working at this location are super nice too, they were able find all the shades and colors I needed. Also they did a bit of a mini makeover on me and I absolutely loved it. I would go when its not too busy so they can really pamper you!By the way this is the new location in the same mall!

I had my make up done here for my baby shower about a month ago by a gentleman working on Sunday June 2nd and he was a real angel. Super friendly, and talented. Also picked out the make up I purchased later to match exact. If I need make up done again I’ll be going to him. Sorry I forgot your name!

I had a terrible experience at Sephora and forgotten that Mac was around the corner, so I ventured in. I went in seeking advice and walked out with more knowledge than I was expecting. Catherina was extremely patient, helpful, and friendly. She went over some tips and took the time to make sure I understood. She was very knowledgable about application and the products being sold. She gave me her card to call her in case I forgot a step. I will definetly be returning for all my makeup needs!
