Their COVID vaccination program is well organized. The online sign up process is simple and quick. I got an appointment for the first dose only 6 days after signing up. In comparison, Shoppers notify me of available appointment 11/2 months later - this is the advantage of enrolling with a small pharmacy and not a large chain! Although they prebooked my second dose at the end of July, they send out notifications last week for an earlier second dose schedule according to the Ontario public health directive. Again, I got an appointment within 2 weeks of this new notification. Their onsite service is pleasant and efficient. The pharmacist who gave me the vaccine shot said he designed the email notification process, and I gave him top marks for feedback.

The pharmacy team is great. They were patient and organized and took the time to explain to all the patients waiting for their covid vaccination. They didn’t take on hoards of patients so that we were all crowded together. They didn’t rush you and made you feel that the sooner you’re done and get out, the sooner they can get to the next patient (my experience with a different pharmacy for my first dose).
