Nice cafe. Clean and well-light interior. Super friendly staff. Very tasty nicely decorated desserts. Free WiFi. Clean washrooms. Paid street parking nearby. Garage and lot parking a short walk away.

Very nice, traditional and yummy!I stopped in Cafe Gatti for a quick lunch break and I was very happy. The place is clean, styled nicely and the food is scrumptious! I had a slice of mushroom pizza, with a hot chocolate that was served in a beautiful presentation and topped with whipped cream. The hot chocolate was cozy, warm and melty- everything a cup of cocoa should be.The pizza was delicious! The crust was my favourite part. It's crispy, light and has a perfect amount of topping on it, each bite was enjoyed.The prices are reasonable, a bit expensive but overall not too bad for the quality of the food.The reason I am giving 4 stars is because I did find the seating / table set up a bit awkward. I was sitting at a table, and because the chairs are so close, I couldn't pull my chair out without addressing the lady behind me at her table, otherwise I would have hit her!Very nice place for a treat, I look forward to trying their desserts!!

Absolutely my favourite cafe... so happy to see them still at the top of their game (great food, coffee and sweets)... COVID has been tough on these small businesses. Wish we still lived close by, but always visit when we're in town. A fan for a few months shy of a decade now.

I order a torte from here for almost all my special occasions since I found this place. The most recent was a milk chocolate truffle torte and …… OMG!!! 100/10. So freaking good! I called pretty last minute to order and they made it happen no problem. They met my special request to add mini eggs and just wow - Exceeded my expectations as usual… staff is always super friendly. Their cheesecakes look unreal also. If you never had a torte, I HIGHLY recommend you try it from here. You will never go back to just regular cake!

This was my 1st time here, and it's possible that it was simply one of those unfortunate days, but I was disappointed overall. The regular coffee and croissant deal for $6+ tax for a medium mild or dark roast coffee and choice of either plain, chocolate, or almond croissant was somewhat acceptable given current pricings. Mine was the dark roast and not the quality I was expecting from a coffee-focused business.My friend and I were informed that the coffee would be brought to our table, as the mild coffee had to be brewed. We were halfway through our croissants and still no coffee. Now numerous people were coming in, so my friend went to the counter, and she was asked to wait while they finished with the person that just came in.Instead of offering all options such as milk/cream types or milk alternatives (if any), I asked for my preferences, which weren't available, and the woman hesitated in confirming if they had 1% milk.Although the ambiance was cozy and clean, the service was chaotic. The one washroom didn't have complete instruction (printed instruction broken off) on how to lock the door, and I'm pretty mechanically inclined, but I could not figure it out.It felt like they had just started the business, and new employees getting used to products, etcetera.
