To anyone looking to get services for their special day, this is not the place to go. Sadly, I won’t be returning.I scheduled two appointments (hair and makeup) for my graduation in June.My 1st appointment was scheduled at 12:00pm as I needed to be out the door by 1:15pm for graduation. My makeup application with lashes started on-time and only took 17-18 mins to complete. I waited in the chair until 12:50pm to be seen by a hair stylist. I mentioned to her that I needed to be out of the door by 1:15pm and assured me I’d be out on time - the blowout took less than 15 mins.The total service time was approx 30 minutes and the bill was ~$150.I brought this up to Angie the manager about the timing of the services and she stated that sometimes they focus on “getting the client out faster and forgetting about the guest experience”.She offered a solution, then later redacted her offer, and proceeded to asked if I’d like to cancel my appointment.Which I did cancel.

This is an amazing salon. They opened up at 8:00 am to accommodate my schedule. The hairstylist (Ariana) did an amazing professional looking updo in 30 minutes. It was the best I have had my hair done in a long time. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need my hair done.

RHIANNON. I cannot say enough good things about Rhiannon! She did an absolutely phenomenal job on my gel set, she explained some of the process when I had questions, she made it clear that my comfort and satisfaction was of utmost importance, and was so queer friendly. She is a fantastic conversationalist, and the appointment flew by! Be-you-tee bar, you have an absolute gem, and she deserves a raise!

High end salon - every staff member is very pleasant and very social - they have all the services you need for your special day or just to pamper yourself - they teach professional makeup classes. The decor is beautifully done and the owner Angie is a bubbly positive outgoing person. This salon is a must for any occasion or if you want to treat someone special to a gift certificate, I would highly recommend it.

Went in for hair and make up, was in and out quickly and looked fantastic! Price was more then fair and everything held up all night. All the staff were beyond wonderful!

I had an amazing experience during my first visit. With my wedding around the corner, I wanted some beautiful nails and I made my appointment with Rhiannon.It was my first time ever getting my nails done and was a bit nervous not knowing what I wanted. I also have a nasty habit of biting my nails and have always been embarrassed about it. But Rhiannon took the time to chat and educate me and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Never once did she make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about my habit. She instead took her time to help make my cuticles perfect. We chatted none stop during the appointment and overall, I had such a great experience! And of course, my nails turned out gorgeous and photo ready!Cannot wait to see her again!

I go here to get my nails done all the time! Very friendly staff and a good atmosphere! The prices are a little expensive, but I think it’s worth it because they use good quality products and always do a wonderful job! Check out the photos of my nails to see the amazing work they do!
