These guys are the best in BC by far!!!!Amazing customer service and very friendly staff.There was no sales pressure at all which was great and their prices are literally unbeatable.I spend 3 months doing my research on where is the best place to buy and no one can beat BC Traler prices!!!They even threw in a free trailer hitch and ball at no cost.Would highly highly recommend these guys and i am looking forward to my next purchase with them.Thanks BC Trailer!!!!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, they sold me a 7x14 dump which has been working out awesome. While I waited for my trailer to come in they let me use there rental free of charge which I really appreciated!

I was quoted a different price then what they charged as well as, they did not supply the safety spare tire for the out of town trip and would not refund the additional charge.I will look elsewhere for my next trailer needs next time and strongly recommend to get the quote in writing.

Bought a 7x14 covered wagon. Had E-Channel" installed on the floor. They didn't use nearly enough fasteners. And the ones they did use were inadequate. Loaded up both our bikes. Traveled about 500 Kms of a 5000 km journey. We discovered that one "E-Channel had let go and had bent up at 45 degrees allowing that bike to shift. This issue ended up causing $500-$1000 cosmetic damage to that bike. The problem was solved with about $50 in hardware and 14 'man-hours' of labour. To the staff: THANKS FOR NOTHING!!! To the customer: Beware of this penchant for sloppy work."

Had the most choices, the size I wanted 7*7*12. Continental Trailer, RZR and 2 bikes or 4 bikes.Good quality trailer not like some of the #@+& out there. Has undercoating, electric brakes, finished interior, for 1000$ less than used and ultimately unlike a lot of retailers, they returned my phone call. Resell it in 3 yrs for what u pay now. Enclosed Trailers are Hot demand.

Went on auto trader and trailer was listed at 2700. My husband went next day and was told it was sold. Seemed legit. Was just on autotrader and the same trailer same year is listed at 3100 now. What's up with that.

Rented an equipment trailer from these guys a couple weeks ago to pick up a small excavator, I was from out of town and had family pick it up for me cause they would be closed the day I needed it (sunday), when I hooked up and started my trip the trailer breaks were shorting out and would not maintain a steady connection. Had to turn around and just head home (out of town) and wasted a weekend because of poorly maintained equipment. They confirmed to me that after looking at the brakes that they were indeed faulty (I already informed them of that). Obviously they due not check the equipment over properly before renting out, or dont properly maintain the trailers, or both. Would not recommend .

I am giving a two star rating based off the shady increase in final bill I had received. The work from my perspective was completed correctly & done right. No issue with that at all. The issue stemmed from my final bill being double what I was quote twice for prior to dropping off my trailer. I brought my trailer in for some wheel & hub bearing repairs and when I picked up my trailer to my surprise the mechanics had fixed several other minor details and stuck me with a final bill that was double the amount originally quoted. i've used multiple companies for my companies vehicles & equipment for repairs and every company calls prior to fixing anything to confirm additional charges & repairs. This was not the case here. They knocked off an hour of labour" on the cost in the end
