We should have paid attention to the many poor reviews. Although the assistant (Vivian) is great, the optician seems to have no regard for his clients and can be rude. It is hard to get help, even when the store is not busy. We did order glasses and were told we could pick up if we arrived no later than 4:45 so my husband left work early, drove an hour through a snowstorm and managed to arrive at that time. The optician turned him away even though he had no other customer because they were closing." Another time had to be arranged and more time off work. Would never shop here again."

Came in today to book an eye appointment for my mother. Was treated very poorly and felt very disrespected by the elderly Asian gentleman who claims it is his optician. My mother had a simple question about how the doctor is and how long he has been working at this clinic. I was told that if I was living in Canada I would know not to ask such a question and that he is “his” doctor so he is good. Pretty upsetting experience to say the least. We had a customer in front of us who he was very respectful to and as soon as it was our turn we weren’t allowed in to the clinic because of covid protocols. I understand the protocols but my question is why were we profiled for these covid protocols and not the lady in front of us? In the middle of asking questions he comes towards and gives us santizer in a disgusted tone. Unless you want to feel like someone’s looking down at you I would not recommend this place. Very very upsetting and would not recommend this place to my enemy.

If I could give 0 I would, this is so bad place and so unprofessionally conducting business, I booked an appointment to have eye exam with manager Gloria, when i showed up she said you don't have appointment, then she rebooked me for next week, I brought my own sun glasses to have prescription lenses to be put in, they called me 3 weeks later to tell me that my glasses are broken, brand new Armani glasses and they will not take any responsibility. I got my normal glasses 6 weeks in total since my appointment and I can not see anything. Now i have to go to another place to have another eye exam and new glasses because either the prescription was wrong or they put wrong prescription on my glasses. We will see and if any of it is wrong I’m returning their glasses with their wrong prescription. Terrible place do not go there.

I broke my rubber nose bumper on a very expensive pair of glasses while on a cruise so had superglue dabbed onto it to hold it in place until I finished the trip. Brought it to Walmart optical store when I got back and they said I buggered up the screws with superglue and recommended I send it back to the manufacturer (in Italy). So took it to T&P to see if they could do something. Two hours later, they called me back and said they fixed. And only charged me $5. I was so impressed with her customer service, pleasant demeanor and honesty. They have secured me as a return customer for all my future optical needs!

This is my first time in my life to finally have a pair of glass, so I don't have any experience wearing a glass. Joseph is the gentleman I deal with when I first arrived the store and he gave me a very detailed information about by-focus/progress on my vision and suggest me for the best options on the choice I should take. I am really very grateful for his service and his professional experience.

Joe, the Optician in this store is terribly rude and very unprofessional.I had scheduled an appointment with The Store Manager (Gloria) to bring in my son's broken glasses for replacement. She asked us to come into the store to pick a new frame since our previous frame has been discontinued by the manufacturer. I specifically asked if I had to bring the broken frame during the appointment and she said no, I just have to bring it before I pick up the new glasses because they need to send it back to the lab.My Husband and son went for the appointment without the broken frame and Joe said they cannot pick a new frame and asked them to return later with the broken one.When I called to explain, he would not even look at Gloria's notes in our folder. He just kept yelling I don't care who you spoke with before

The DOCTOR IS GREAT. THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT IS HORRIFIC! Unfortunately you have to count on staff for your glasses.Three of us and they completely screwed two of us around for weeks, still NO GLASSES eight weeks later!The other person didn't need glasses but had to see a specialist, not sure if they even referred her as they never actually ordered any of our glasses!Now I have to go elsewhere, start over ANd pay a 2nd eye exam.I'm very disappointed and unhappy. Not to mention it's now costing me more money for eye exams this year!NEVER AGAIN!!!

Yu-mei was very polite, helpful and friendly. She helped both my wife and myself with our glasses purchases. She even stayed late so we could have our transactions completed the same evening. Thank you Yu-mei for all your help! You are the best!

My experience with this store is flawless. Amazing price, got my glasses, I feel it’s a bit out of focus, but I can handle it. Two weeks later, I went to pick up contact lenses and casually mentioned to the store manager Gloria, unlike other stores who brush me away by telling me I should try another month more, or that new pairs are never the same, she immediately told me that that they have warranty and can send for fix. New pair came back in a couple weeks, and it was peeeerfect. Also whenever I visit for minor fitting adjustment ( ie. nose bridge, legs ), I always receive superior service. This is really the best store I’ve been to. As for other bad review, I see that most people have issue with joe, I’ve dealt with him a couple times. Not a bad guy but definitely one of a kind. Lol anyways all in all, amazing experience.

Joe was very helpful and gave us meaningful advice when picking glasses. Also helped us calculate and get a good deal with the current PC promotion on glasses (60,000 points / $150). It got pretty busy when we were there (probably because of the deal), but the staff are working non-stop to serve customers as fast as they can.
