I had an excellent experience dealing with Jake at Peterborough Subaru this past week. I went into the dealership to look into different vehicle options, as I am looking to replace my older vehicle soon. Everyone at the dealership was amazing to deal with and they all were very welcoming. Jake was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles Subaru has to offer and was very helpful in explaining the process of buying a new car, including the trade in value of my current vehicle. When I am ready to buy, I will be back to Peterborough Subaru!

Stopped by the other day because we are having a few issues figuring out some of the technology in our car . Had the pleasure of dealing with Troy. He patiently walked us through everything and we were on our way in no time. We had not expected such immediate service as we had not booked an appointment. I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester from this Dealership. Kimber was my contact. It was a flawless and wonderful experience! They went out of their way to answer all of my questions, showed me all the vehicle features and functionality, had everything prepared for pick-up, including a special permit for licensing in another province. I dealt with 3 people at the Dealership and they were all excellent. Contact was prompt and detailed over the phone and text, both before and after the purchase. I especially like that so many women work there. They dealt with me respectfully and promptly…treatment I never received at other dealerships. Thank you Peterborough Subaru!!! You have a new and happy customer!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! the service from Hailey and Kimber was better than any other dealership I have been too - most just take little care, not these two lovely ladies though! They were more than kind and helpful, the same goes for their service desk! Absolutely incredible service and great customer care! Was able to get my questions answered and parts ordered quick and easy! Will be returning for any future needs! THANKS SUBARU!

Purchased a 2023 Forester Limited at this location. The sales team was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. As there was a slight scrape to the paint during shipment, the body team fixed it and made it look great. Didn’t even notice. However, I had to wait a long time to get my vehicle, I was compensated with a generous gas gift card $.Overall, very happy with the ongoing service, the welcoming atmosphere, and the dog friendly staff ( my pup was always welcome). Great place to buy your next vehicle!

Wonderful experience working with the team at this dealership. Hailey went above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle for my budget and was happy to assist every step of the way. Also big shout out to Alicea and the service team, they have been a huge help with fixing and identifying issues with my current vehicle even though it’s off-brand. Needed some help with some work I was doing on my own vehicle and I was able to get a quick, same-day appointment on a Saturday. Service staff was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Special shout out to Eddie at the Parts and Service Desk, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with!
