Windsor Campground

Don’t waste your money! First day we showed up the site was just a mud bath. RV was just spinning. Couldn’t even getout of the van without being covered in mud for nearly a week. Staff didn’t seem to care.Sites are very uneven.They even stopped me for doing 12km/h in a 10 Km/h zone. When I pointed out he and his staff speed around all day and cut through the sites he didn’t like it and got angry.We lasted 1 month out of 6.Update.. The point of my complaint was that you tell everyone to slow down which is fair enough. But then you speed around all day. So maybe. If you can’t follow rules you should find other accommodation ( manager or not) if you can’t follow rules.

My first time camping, had a blast! Lovely place and people.

All the years I've lived in Windsor and I've never gone here until this past weekend. Love the whole atmosphere of being in the woods camping and this place delivers that exact feeling. There's a nice Lake nearby and swimming pool for the kids. Busy place, people seem nice. Better than being stuck in the city. Highly recommend checking this place out. Will be back.

Definitely do not recommend this place. Staff and owner are rude and have zero customer service skills which ruined our stay. 10km speed limit (which is fine) but I got yelled at by a little guy at the gate for going 11km which is literally walking speed, he said I wouldn't be allowed back and the owner is hot headed, arrogant & speeds around on his little golf cart going over 10km. The place would be in better shape if the owner never stepped back on the property, total shame that this place has windsor in its name. Never coming back & will spread the awareness. CHECK THE REVIEWS, ALL NEGATIVE.

First time seasonal. Liking it so far. Everybody is friendly. Nice fireworks.

Nice campground, quiet for how busy it was and how close to 401 it is. Very friendly staff and a nice area for our dogs to run. Sights are a bit narrow, and wasn't impressed with the amount of cigarette butts laying around our sight. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Good fun for family, but dated showers,and overflowing garbage. other than that I was happy with friendly people.the park,power and water was good, rock band was awesome .Good times

Simply put I witnessed the male owner beat himself in the head with his 2 way radio repeatedly. Clearly he has caused damage to himself and would not recommend anyone with loved ones or children to stay at Windsor campground. The owner is abusive towards women and children. He coward like a child when my 6 foot 4 handsome husband asked him to yell at him the same way he did to me and my children. It's only a matter of time before he is either arrested for being abusive and shut down. He and his security team are pathetic men who have some type of little man syndrome. Believe that!

As long as you don't mind being harassed you might like it bur don't let your kids ride their bikes faster then 10kw because the security will stop them and yet at them and not leave you alone
