Mary McCandless | Singer, Actress & Celebrant Officiant | Mary has spent over 35 years fulfilling her dream of being a professional singer and character actress. She's played everything from Simon of Legree in King & I, the Devil's seductress in Damn Yankees, a rainbow of religiosity in Nunsense, the 'most beautiful woman ever accused of murder' in chicago, a perfectly detestable, baton twirling scout leader cakewalk and every bag lady, cockney washer woman, irish landlady duchess between. She has journied to musical theatre stages, concert halls and churches around the world. Recording studios, singing into closets with microphones, church basements, gymnasiums, fire halls, senior residences, film and television studios, have also become familiar friends.

I found Rev. Mary McCandless on the internet. My friends from out of town needed someone who could marry them. Not being church goers, they were kinda at a loss to find someone. From the initial phone call, she made them feel comfortable. As they were unable to connect in person, she Skyped with them and got a sense of who they are and what they wanted. Mary wrote a personal ceremony and kept in touch with them until they arrived. They couldn't have been happier, nor could I. The ceremony was absolutely divine.
