The Kemptville Water Depot is great! I have been there over a handful of times now, and every time their staff are really friendly and polite. Terrific customer service! I choose to go there rather than a location that is closer to where I live just because of their positive experience they give me every time. The effort that their staff put in to ensure that the customer has the best experience possible really shows, and that is why they are my new favorite 'water place'.Keep up the good work!

We just had an Iron unit installed to deal with our sulphur water, from Water Depot Kemptville. John came out to our house, didn't try to up-sell us with something we didn't need. We got the financing set up and it was installed the very next day! Great LOCAL business!

We had a great experience with Water Depot Kemptville! Bruce came on site, performed a water test, provided us with options around a Water Filter as well as how we could place the unit optimally. Two days later, his team installed it for us and our sulphur smelling water was gone! Great customer service and good price! Thanks!

Extremely poor management. The owner of the company (Bruce) would not return phone messages, would only communicate through text. When he did come to do a water test, he was over an hour late and texted after an hour saying he was running late. I had to call the company multiple times to schedule a day for installation of an iron filter and Bruce kept texting saying he would check his calendar and then would never get back to me. Do not use this company, they do not appreciate or want any business. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

I went there to get the my water tested for hardness and iron.(Tuesday) Water results was supposed to be within 24h. After 4 days waiting for the results. I called back (the next saturday). The person on the phone was telling me the results" which I asked if this was good or bad. It was clear she didn't know. So I ask if a professional could call me back on Monday for more information. Now Thursday

Dropped by and picked up a couple of Funky dog dish water dispensers. Neat store with a lot of selection. The owner John came by the house and tested our water. We are on city water and were shocked at the high level of Chlorine. Will definitely be purchasing water treatment from this location.
