Essentials Cremation and Burial Services was recommended by a dear close friend, and so I made that dreadful phone call to start making arrangements for our son.Kayleigh answered the phone and she was a godsend from the beginning. She was so kind, considerate and very caring.During out appointments, she explained everything in a professional, yet personal manner, answered all our questions and provided all options available. She gave me her personal cell # and encouraged me to contact her with any questions.Kayleigh informed us of every step involved to picking up my son from the hospital to when he would be going to the crematorium and then back into their care. She sent pictures of different memorabilia that I had expressed interest in for us to choose, and was extremely patient when making a decision was excruciating.There are no words to thank Kayleigh Peterson enough for her assistance and utmost support.

They took excellent care of my family member from the moment they passed away right through to the very end. They were fantastic at helping with the arrangements and providing us information. Krystal was very knowledgeable along with the rest of her staff. My family can't thank them enough for all that they did.

It's a rare thing these days to find people who care so much about their work and also about your experience. Krystal and her team are truly amazing, kind, efficient humans. She helped with many aspects of my brother's passing that made our sad time a bit easier. They were also the most affordable option, in part because they care about helping people. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone.

Months before my brother's passing, Krystal met with me to pre-plan and advise me about how to proceed once he did pass. It was comforting to me and our family to know that Krystal and her team were there to support us when his time came. The exemplary level of compassion and caring was exactly what we needed. They listened and carried out our wishes. When we visited him for the last time, he was handsomely groomed and at peace. He was covered in a lovely handmade quilt, and at rest in a beautiful room in their space at the funeral home. We said our final goodbyes. After care was also provided and Krystal gave great advice at this meeting. From start to finish, she was our main contact. I am so very grateful to her and her team of professionals for making this process easier to handle in a time of loss and sadness. I do expect that in the next while, I will go in to see her again to preplan my own services and make it easier for my family to know that it's been taken care of. They made navigating through the most difficult time of our lives, losing my husband and father of our two young boys, feel much less stressful. They create a deep connection with their clients, providing services that go above and beyond what would normally fall under their services offered. It has been such a relief having someone like Krystal walk me through what would normally seem like unpleasant decisions. This business was extremely responsive to our sudden need, and comforted my family immensely during our inevitably difficult time. Krystal and the staff at Essentials Cremation helped us all through such a difficult time. They were so caring and compassionate in dealing with the passing of our dear Susan. Krystal took on the responsibility of all the after care, which gave us much needed time to grieve. She arranged for the venue, food, beverages, licensees, as well as all the acquirements needed to close Susan's personal documents. Crystal was extremely kind when helping me plan my brothers celebration of life. The staff were there to answer any questions throughout the entire process and never made it seem rushed or too much. On the day, Kayleigh and Krystal were helpful and thoughtful. Many guests mentioned how tasteful the rooms were and it was the perfect size for 50ish people. I couldn't recommend their services more.
