Never going here again. If you have kids who are scared of dogs, you shouldn't either.I love the selection. 99% of the staff are awesome. Except their handling of customers with aggressive dogs is a lawsuit waiting to happen.* * *Today - June 11, 2023, approx 2:30 pm.Today a customer brought in a 200-pound, aggressive, German Sheppard mix dog.It barked aggressively multiple times during my visit, loud enough you could hear it across the entire store.When I walked by it, only 8 feet away, it jumped up, aggressively barked, and the owner had to pull it back. I couldn't tell whether it was because of me, or another dog (which was calm, just standing there with its owener) 20 ft from the aggressive dog.As the dog barked/jumped suddenly, I was very shaken by it. When I went to the customer service desk to talk about it:Me: What's the deal with dogs here?CS: All pets are welcome here.Me: Even hyper-aggressive dogs? There was a 200-pound dog aggressively barking so loud you could hear it across the entire store.CS: Dogs bark sometimes. Did the dog hurt you? *pulls out a clip-board to record something*Asking me if the dog hurt me ISN'T THE POINT. You don't _react_ to that, you _prevent_ it. If a customer was threatening staff, you ask them to leave, immediately. Same thing with someone's pet.Your worthless Did it hurt you?" response isn't going to prevent some innocent little kid getting attacked by a stressed-out dog.You DAMN WELL need to change your store policy to a zero-tolerance for aggressive animal behaviour

Do not use online and pickup option. Just opened my purchase and it’s missing items, looks like a return that was not checked before being resold, and the one item seen in photo is empty. Really disappointed, this was a birthday gift

waited 45 minutes on a phone call just to inquire if you guys had a product or not, no one ever picked up after being transfered, horrible customer service thanks for wasting my time. ps the owner smokes cigars in the store before opening wouldnt recommend this place

Auto service department is utterly incompetent. I booked a appointment a week in advance for a rear brake job and showed up at 1 pm for my appointment. I was told then it would take 2 hours to complete job and we also waited for our sons tire changeover to be complete. Around 2 pm the service manager tells me it will be another hour longer which I said is fine and we will wait. We waited in their service dept area and then 2 hours and ten minutes past my appointment the service manager tells me that they just received the parts now and will commence the work. Why wasn't I notified of this much earlier and why weren't the parts ordered in advance when I booked the appointment. 2 hours after my original appointment the car sat there with zero communication about waiting on parts. I couldn't wait 2 hours longer so I had the car removed from the hoist and the work still wasn't complete.. Other customers had issues as well while I waited with their service. Definitely disappointed and would not recommend them for service as they got it all wrong even the communication part.

This is my local Canadian Tire, they are really nice here, the only thing I don't like about this place is sometimes they have credit card promoters near the checkout, that come up and bother you.The staff is friendly, the parking lot is huge, and they offer propane refills. They close early sometimes which can get frustrating, in terms of refilling propane.But you can get everything you can imagine at a Canadian Tire, I'm glad there's a local one in my area.

Bruno, who works (possibly manages) the warehouse department is FANTASTIC! He is the perfect example of what customer service is and should be! He is pleasant, helpful and just all around wonderful to deal with! We bought a shed and ran into a couple issues and if it weren’t for Bruno, our experience could have been easily tainted. Thank you Bruno, we appreciate all your help today :)

Rude stuff. The old lady at the front desk is extremely rude. I don’t know how she was hired for a customer care position. They’ve charged me the minimum labour hours ($120) for a 20 minutes job (no complaint). Then I asked if they can change one broken bolt for my rear brake stop light cover (literally a 5 minutes job) she started saying nonsense. She said it will take them one hour to do that!!! Horrible.

I was shopping for the patio lights and got exactly what I want. Very organized store, easy to locate things , perfectly labelled.

How hard is it to PAY for an item? Apparently it's a challenge with the cashiers" employed by this store. When I attempted to pay there were no cashiers or checkouts open. A few cashiers gathered around looking at their phones at the customer service desk
