These people are not honest. I had a corrupted Windows OS and their solution was to sell me a refurbished computer. They initially took my PC and forgot about it. Called a few days later and they admitted as such. I did not need a new computer. Go to the HARD DRIVE CAFE instead - they are honest, fast and fair.

Staff was very knowledgeable and were willing to share it by explaining the reasons and solutions to the problem. You don't get that at most places. Usually it's drop out of and I'll take care of it. Price was reasonable and the work was done properly and in a timely fashion. Overall I would highly recommend this shop for all computer repairs, I know I will continue to return.

Both guys were very helpful and explained the part(s), I need to do the repair myself. Didn't charge for the quick diagnostics of my Hard Drive. With their advice I was able to get the part needed and recover/transfer my data.

This place is fast and affordable. I took my laptop here years ago and within 2 days had all my issues on my comp fixed without any problems for years. Friendly, dependable and affordable computer diagnostics and repair in Dartmouth's North End area.
