I was dealing with some bad chronic pain and weakness in my knee for the past decade. I came in to try acupuncture with Dr.Xu after having gone to all the physiotherapists, chiropractors, and surgeons I could. We dealt with the pain in knee in as little as three sessions. I also got my bad shoulder, lower back, and the ankle treated as well. Best choice I made was coming to see Dr.Xu.

Dr. Xu came highly recommended to me from my family and friends who have been seeing him for many years due to ongoing health related issues. As someone who has never done acupuncture before, I was very skeptical and hopeless due to my sever vestibular migraines. I took my families advice and felt instant relief after my first appointment. Dr Xu has helped me tremendously with various ailments over the years. I have utmost confidence in his approach and treatments. These vary from visit to visit (depending on my state) and have cured me from allergies as well as chronic neck and back pain resulting from an injury. Recently I have seen very encouraging progress following treatments for migraines. Dr Xu is a healer. He is a humble, gentle and respectful person who carefully listens and assesses the situation before each treatment. We are lucky to have him in Ottawa.

I was initially referred to Dr Xu when I fell on ice and hurt my back. I have gone back to him for sleeping issues, a hamstring injury and arthritic pain. I have always walked away very satisfied with the progress of each treatment. The combination of acupressure massage and acupuncture used by Dr Xu works to help the body heal. When I have a physical pain issue, Dr Xu is the one I think of - as I know that I can count on him to help resolve the issue. I highly recommend his services.

My MRI showed that I had lumbar stenosis and bulging disks…..I was suffering from back pain since December 2021 and was seriously contemplating surgery….! I tried physiotherapy, chiropractor, massage,…nothing helped me until I saw Dr Xu. After the first visit I felt already better and after the second treatment I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Now I can sit, walk, and sleep without pain.Dr Xu is a true healer. He’s super knowledgeable, gifted, caring and compassionate. From my first visit I felt that he really wanted to help me.God Bless you Dr Xu. I am so grateful to have found Dr Xu. He is incredibly knowlegable, gifted and genuinely cares about his patients' well being. He treated me for knee pain years ago, and after only a few sessions I never had to go back. Last month I saw him for TMJ and the pain disappeared almost instantly...I have yet to go back.
