I went window shopping on a Thursday a few weeks ago, as our refrigerator was on its way out. I had never been in the store before, or anywhere for appliances for that matter. First Impression, the store is clean, well laid out, and fairly well stocked considering its smaller footprint. I wanted to test out the layout of the newer models of refrigerators, as I had a REALLY old one.I wandered only for a few moments before Marissa (?) came over to offer assistance. She was pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and ease of conversation. Between her recommendations and the functionality of the different options, I figured out what would work best for the family. Once we figured out all the details, we talked to Marissa about the financing options and what the availability on the fridges were.After talking some more, she offered a floor model that was dented at a discounted price, AND based the discount off of the Boxing Week Sale Price (which had ended the day before). Not only did we get our fridge, but we got one with more features and more gadgets than originally hoped for.We picked up the fridge on Saturday, with an unconventional delivery, but one that was hugely appreciated. We were in and out! Clayton was very helpful with the delivery.Everyone that we dealt with were kind and easy to work with. I felt no pressure to buy, but the relationship forged leads me to believe that we will be back there for the next appliance (or furnishing) purchase.

Was told they would pick up a mattress and box spring 5 months ago. It waited all winter outside. Asked today if I had offended Brad somehow and was told, What's in it for him?" and "I don't understand why you didn't just call a friend and do it yourself?" I left it there because I trusted the word of the people involved. Until today I had nothing but positive things to say about Brad. Make your own decision but this was my experience."

Incredible customer service!! Not pushy sales people, very nice and knowledgeable, easy breezy purchase, a good selection in stock, and delivered and set up right where I wanted it in the house... and promptly! Exactly what I had in mind, and exactly in the price range I was hoping for. Sales staff, awesome. Delivery staff, awesome. I’ll be back for my next major appliance purchases, for sure!

Very good products and prices, have had issues with no one asking if I needed help when entering the store.

Small but staff are SO HELPFUL. They have all the info but also leave you alone when you just need some time to stop and think on your own. We paid for the delivery service as well and the guys who came were as great as the sales staff. Two thumbs up!

Great experience, went looking for bed, super friendly and helpful staff, they had the bed in stock, and delivered to the house within an hour! Plus they hauled the old bed away.
