The only way this company stays in buisness is by cheaper prices and it shows.The equipment is ancient and at times unsafe.Not a team environment more like highschool.You get what you pay for with this place.Damaged products and delivery with broken or out of date equipment.

First of all I'll start off by saying Dave is a great guy easy to work with and understanding I have been dealing with Herman's for a while now and am proud be to be with them as a contractor I am ottawas number one Roofing company on popular contractors website homestars with 99 percents ratings and Herman's has helped me get there by providing me with some good material (GAF and Certainteed) looking forward to 2020 season.

The worst working experience I had in my life .No coaching, extremely unorganized, very unhealthy working environment where everyone is doing their best to screw each other up , no ethics, 0 safety practices, extremely inexperienced management who is relying on shippers to teach them the job , very bad logistics, 0 senior drivers as everyone quits on them , deducting police clearance & training cost of paycheques, DO NOT WORK THERE UNLESS YOU WANT ALL THE ABOVE!!
