New houses

Well, frankly speaking there is no fair chance for common people to get the property. Though I had an appointment with Regal Crest builder in first week of November 2020 for Phase 4 which launched on October 31, 2020, all units were sold within 3 hours of launch itself on 31st Oct, 2020 and you end getting an email from builder of appointment being cancelled. This is not legitimate way of selling units at fair price. In addition, builder increased the price of units about 50K (have evidence of same) on the same day looking at the interest of people. I believe this is nothing but political game which realtors and builders are playing avoiding common man who just wish to have a new good house in GTA.
