Melita had a great deal on a Subaru Legacy GT that i was looking for. Jenn made is so easy for me that i bought it over the phone on my lunch break! Very pleasant to deal with and took care of everything for me. Had the car ready for me to pick up and everything was all in order for me to sign and go. Best used car buying experience.

Being a wounded Veteran with mobility issuesPeter and staff assisted me in customizing my vehicle purchase withthe best vehicle for my needs .This is so greatly appreciated. When I needed air in tires and a plug put in they did it forme ,when I went to pay,they said “ next time “.This courtesy I have seen extended to all Melita customers .

The guys at Melita were really great. It was so refreshing to get a great car for a fair price. They price their cars for what they're worth and don't play games like other dealerships I've encountered. They were honest and very easy going. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I found a Kia Sedona on auto trader. Contacted Jennifer at Melita and she made the process extremely easy for us to purchase the vehicle. She was able to show me the car over FaceTime As I was not able to drive up there prior to putting a deposit down. We ended up buying the vehicle sight unseen and we do not regret it. The car was nicely detailed and we are happy with our purchase. The day of, Jennifer was very organized and the process was painless. Jenn was also very responsive over email, responding during weekends and after hours.We very much appreciate the service we received at Melita!

I have been taking my 2010 Subaru to Melita for repair and maintenance for many years. I appreciate all the times they have proposed economical fixes over more expensive replacements (ex. greasing belts instead of replacing them). Jen is extremely personable and never presumptuous about what the client opts to have done. Peter has always been super friendly and their prices seem very reasonable. Two thumbs UP!
