George was so helpful while I was dealing with a computer issue. He was patient when I had to go back a number of times to sort things out. He went above and beyond to solve my work computer issues and I'll take my future computer business to Hard Drive Cafe, no question.

Wow! This place is great! George is super friendly! Fast and efficient. I stopped in at 10am and by 3:30pm the same day I had two desktops diagnosed and repaired! Will be taking all my computer needs here. Don't bother with best buy. They are expensive and I have had to take my computers back over and over because they never properly fix the problem.Just call George!

Georges is a great guy who treats his customers very well. While he was unable to make the repair to my Chromebook (not that he could not, it was not cost effective to do so), he did take the time to explain the steps he tried and what the likely culprit is.

He recovered my client contact list after my hard drive crashed which is invaluable. He's also given me advice or other computer related issue that eastlink couldn't fix, I highly recommend

We brought a 10 year old Dell computer to George. Although we were concerned, George was calm. He kept us informed by phone on his progress and was able to get us up and running same day. Reasonably priced and Outstanding Service. Highly recommend.

I came to this store to retrieve my photos/videos from my hard drive (I had dropped my hard drive and it wasn’t working anymore), after paying him 50$ to inspect the hard drive, he told me he left it plugged in over the weekend and there’s nothing the program could do. Disappointed, I asked him for my hard drive. He gave me an open hard drive without the protecting case. I asked him for the case and he told me that he lost it but it wasn’t needed for the hard drive.I left and hoped I could find someone to fix my hard drive. COME TO FIND OUT, they gave me someone else’s hard drive. I finally got it looked at by professionals, and this isn’t my original hard drive. So not only did I lose all my photos/videos, they somehow kept my personal belongings or gave them to someone else.Definitely avoid this company at all cost.

George provided prompt, cost efficient, effective service in a professional manner. My computer was assessed, with costs and time required to service the same day I brought it in. It was ready for pickup the day I was told it would be done by. Thank you George for tuning up my computer. It is running much better now!
