Christophers Fine Drycleaning

We used this place for a while and this place was ok. They have an after hours drop (but I always forgot the code when I used to go here) - although it's not as convenient as pickup and dropoff. My main complaint is that it's a bit more expensive than the competition, which in my opinion offers comparable service.

My down jacket got attacked with cat pee. They recovered it 100% and made it look like new while they were at it. They Made something very upsetting a recoverable situation. Totally recommend

I had an issue with a broken clasp on one of my pants. Initially they told me I would have to pay to fix it but I received a follow up call a day later that it would be taken care of. The gentleman was friendly and understanding. I appreciated the follow up call which showed they value their customers.

By far, the worst place to take your belonings to . I took a coat to them after only wearing it one time since I purchased it . They returned it completely ruined. When I followed up with the manager about it and told her that the item is completely ruined, she suggested I would throw it away but there was nothing she could do it about it. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service, especially from someone who holds a manager position. Please be aware and never take your valuable items to this place

Move a button on my pants for $5, adjust out the waist on another pair for $21, and dry cleaned a dress shirt for $5. Good service!

This place is awful. I went in to get a comforter cleaned and dealt with someone who claimed to be the owner's son but he wasn't even aware that his business had a website. I asked him about a $5 discount given to new customers as stated on the website and he refused to honour it because he said the website was outdated". He didn't seem to care much either that he lost my business."

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but I have to give at least 1 because of google. This is the worst customer service i've ever had in my entire life. First they don't clean my moms dress properly, second they ARGUE with us over THIER own mistake. The boy at the front desk clearly did not have any experience with customers and did not know how to speak to customers properly. He continued to argue with us then called his MOTHER so she could argue with us. After all of this she then had the audacity to laugh at us. Now all of this could have easily avoided by simply rewashing the dress but no, they refused to do so and refused to give us our money back. DO NOT go this place if you have even an ounce of respect for yourself or if you want your clothes to be washed properly.

I brought in my wedding dress which had been through an ordeal.. grass, hay had intertwined with the tulle and dirt! Also I had one of those rub on tans that you wash off and leaves you glowing.. it turned out nice but some of it had rubbed off on the inside of the dress. I didn't think the stains were going to come out. She did a great job!We had done a paint ceremony and my veil in rush of getting everything out of the venue got stuck in the same bag as the paint containers and a little had gotten on the veil. she wasn't able to get the paint out.But all in all I think she did a great job! The dress looks like new!

Fair pricing, exceptional dry cleaning of all materials/clothing types, fast service, while maintaining care of each item.

5 shirts every week. Suits, pants and coats on a regular basis.....perhaps not the cheapest, but ALWAYS great care for my clothes. Service has never missed but admit I rarely need 'urgent service's'. Glenna through the week and a group of young students in the evening and Saturdays....always with a smile and a kind word. Thanks for being in our neighborhood...love the service and appreciate the value you bring every week. I especially appreciate the hour spent this week on ' brushing' my wool overcoat...it looks fabulous!Keep up the great work.Steve
