Flash Repair Service

Very friendly and quick service. Our dryer stopped heating and we needed someone to diagnose the issue. We were thankfully able to fix it ourselves, but I wouldn't hesitate to contact them with any future appliance repairs.

Highly recommended. The technician (Matt) showed up and did what he had to do quickly and professionally. I hope I'll never need their services again but if I do, I will not hesitate to reach out!

They were able to come super quickly, were ahead of schedule which was awesome. The repairman was kind and professional, immediately knew what to do and was done within 30 minutes. After having used another repair service (Service Expert) and been extremely frustrated and disappointed, this was a great experience. A bit pricey, but that seems to just be the case for repairs.

Technician was in and out in less than 5 minutes and charged me 140 dollars for their service (including tax) just to tell me that my washing machine was broken and they can't repair it... I know they have to charge a consultation fee but it's a bit crazy to me that all they did was look at it for less than 5 minutes and I get charged this much

Great service. I called because my dryer was making an infernal noise and the person I spoke to was super helpful, got to the bottom of the issue and I got a next day appointment. The repair technician had the part with him and it took less than an hour to fix. He was really nice and left the space clean when he was done … he even vacuumed under the dryer before putting it back :)10/10 would recommend.

These guys installed our hood in no time. And even took the time to test it and explain how it works. They were fast, professional and timely. This company deserves more than 5 stars!!! Thank you Jason & the other technician. Awesome experience. Will definitely use for future appliance installations.

Excellent service! The technician was on-time, professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our dryer issue. He took the time to explain the issue to me, and how I can prevent it from reoccurring. I will definitely call on Réparation Flash if I have any problems with my appliances in the future.

The staff members scheduling the appointments are not knowledgeable enough to recognize if you own a washer model the company refuses to fix. You might have to pay 150$ just to be told there's nothing they can do for you. This just happened to me. The technician came over and charged us 150$ after letting us know our washer was of poor quality, not worth the time or parts and that they stopped repairing that particular model. I feel scammed considering we could have reached this conclusion in a simple email conversation which would have been less costly and less time consuming. It's a super common top loading general electric washer, which we were told by the technician who came over: they never fix. We wrote the company explaining the situation and they refused to refund us, even partially. Leads me to wonder if their business model even relies on actually fixing appliances or if most of their profits come from non refundable useless evaluations.Unlike the company's response makes it seem, this is not about me not liking what I hear. This is about borderline fraudulent billing practices. Other bad reviews on here also mention these bad billing practices. They will charge you 150$ for a 5 minutes in person consultation that concludes with we dont fix these " instead of answering your questions properly and collecting information beforehand.Stop trying to make me look bad and please review your scheduling procedure. I paid 150$ for what could have been an email."

I have used this company two or three times. Prompt, answer the phone, will get the job done same day if they don't need to order a part. Extremely professional and very courteous. They're the best!
