Travelodge by Wyndham Kamloops Mountview

The room was a bit beat up but it was clean and easy to check in and out of. Continental breakfast was a good feature

I personally had a great experience, it’s a dated hotel But we got the king jacuzzi suite and it was a nice clean room and beautifully set up. Both the receptionists we dealt with were very pleasant and friendly! Could use some updating but nothing that deters me from coming back! Thanks Travelodge.

In the Kamloops hotel area. A strip where there is like 8 hotels. Haha I don't know the exact number.Rooms were good, great for the everyday family needing a room to stay for a night or two.I'd stay here again.

Worst hotel. Never again. I recommend you find another one.I'm across the street now, should have stayed here first.Atrocious customer service on my usual stop on my way through Kamloops, I've stayed at this hotel a few times before too.Prepaid for a room, then later that day had my credit cards stolen and they wouldn't book me in even with a large cash security deposit and after a harrowing ordeal and being super tired after a full day of travelling.I checked with other hotels in the area and they would have happily take a cash security deposit.Also the drain seal on the jacuzzi didn't function properly... so... that was nice.TV's haven't been updated. Like old 480p so it's super pixelated.Air conditioner is loud AF. Needs servicing badly.Gave them a second chance... because of the jaccuzzi, what a mistake.And I booked online for one night with more potentially after depending on how long the truck is in the shop. The price went up from 200 on Tuesday to 300 on Wednesday and they won't give me the same rate. So now I'm booked in across the street for 200.200 guranteed better than 0 potentially.Brilliant business strategy..The staff are absolute morons, I've chosen my new Kamloops hotel for when the truck breaks down. Screw these idiots.Also blood stain in the Jacuzzi this time.

This is a joke on line it sure looks ok after you pay it starts to set in the place is not vary clean there is a pool but no water in it if u have a trailer on good luck u need to park down the street so the junkies can take all your stuff doors are hanging the stove don’t work marks on the walls I yet to see the breakfast in the. Morning

A little outdated and some things showing their age.Was lucky enough to get a room upgrade at no extra chargeThe desk attendant moved their vehicle so we had room to park.

Very old, dark hotel which made it feel dirty but it was clean. There were no comforters on bed, only blankets. WAY overpriced - if price was $99-$119 then this would be fine. Breakfast room felt like we were entering a dungeon but the options were surprisingly decent. They had yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins juices etc. Room temperature was good. Shower was decent.

There is a common theme across hotels with certain owner/operators, and this one tows that line tight.Good rates but when they say what is included, they aren't necessarily being honest.There are numerous hotels in that area. There is no need to choose this hotel.Don't buy into the included breakfast. It's simply words on a page or lip service.They use an old storage room and they don't stock it. The way to find the breakfast space, is to look for the opened door. No sign. Just an open door, letting the cold winter in. What food was there, was definitely destined to go to a local pig farmer.It's just above the point of needing to contact the provinces food health and safety branch.

Stayed one night in Dec. Booked a room for my family for 1 night stay with the kid. In was -1 outside, and bearly +15 in the room. The heater made a lot of noice and just added wind chill. Sweet. Add on top of that thin summer blankets, poorly warm running water, and not cooperative staff. Never again
