Easy drive through order but a shame the devalued point to half the purchasing power from a company that charges a premium price for their products.

I have visited a lot of Starbucks in BC and Lake County is by far the best in the Okanagan area. Drinks are made cheerfully and accurately, staff are friendly and patient. Congrats to the Manager for training staff well and creating a warm atmosphere for customers!!

Every time me and my wife go on a road trip she always wants Starbucks for the road. I have never been disappointed in a Starbucks location to date and this is no exception to that. Clean and modern interiors, quality coffee and food and friendly and efficient staff.

One of the worst Starbucks ever been toStarbucks is all about being inclusive but my friend has dietary needs that aren’t huge and other Starbucks have been more than inclusive and to say u can’t do it cause it’s policy is just plain lazyAlong with the baristas at this locationUsing rude snarky remarks and thru there headsets and mic’s infront of us. If u don’t like ur job enough to smile and be friendly just ….. stay home

Staff is consistently friendly. Open with indoor and outdoor seating. They've recently become extremely slow, both in the drive through and inside.In summer 2023, closes at 7:30pm most nights, which is a bit early.

The Lake Country Starbucks crew are fantastic! They're always quick, friendly and ask me about my day with a big smile. The egg white bites are very very tasty. Oh yeah.

Zero stars if I could. Asked for 2 extra pumps of chai. Once we started the drive there was barely any chai in the drink. Checked the side, it said 7 pumps but only could taste the but milk. Waste of money to stop here. Didn’t even have the food we wanted. Not worth the stop. Carry on if we were u … not worth the drive back or time to wait for telling them how poor of a job they did at making the drink as requested. Cheapens out on providing flavour and food. Keep driving to next location next time. No where in app to report wrong order so google review completed. Don’t waste your time or money here.
