I popped in today to get some cleaner and a brush. Lady behind the till was super friendly and came around to help me select what I needed. And what I needed was good service. Product she recommended was perfect as well. I'll be back!

Locally owned and Canadian. Proves ar every good and there are ways multiple friendly staff to help. So nice to be able to shop at a small store where you dont have to walk miles and miles to find things, parking right outside the door.

Very positive experience. Staff is helpful. I like the size of the store. It has a good selection prices are reasonable and I don't get that overwhelmed feeling that I do when I take on the Home Depot. I 100% encourage the use of local Cloverdale businesses especially during these difficult times. Because the store is not extremely packed and busy I felt much more comfortable about being in there. These large businesses with hundreds of people in them make me nervous. If you want to be able to get in get what you need and get out this is the perfect option.

I've tried to give this store a chance, 3 times now, as I want to support my local Cloverdale businesses. I will not go back. It took over 30min to have a 1/2 quart of exterior paint tinted flat black, and my husband and I were the only customers in the store. Not only did it take a ridiculous amount of time, the 2 store reps never touched base with us as we stood at the counter to let us know why it was taking so long. If the employees don't know how to mix paint, don't sell it. The staff is not knowledgeable about the products in the store, pricing and selection is poor, save the time and go to Canadian tire.

Very pleasant and helpful staff the owner Trevor and his staff go out of their way to help with your purchases i have been to this location a few times now and I was uncertain on what lawnmower to buy I went in to purchase 2 radley mowers on sale for $299.99 and read some reviews online and had some concerns and Trevor explained to me about the entry level lawnmower etc… and let me know they also had a benchmark one on sale this week at $349.99 about $50.00 more and I purchased 2 of those instead one for myself and other for Father’s Day gift for my dad and I used mine today was extremely happy with my purchase thx Trevor for your help and knowledge

Very helpful and attentive staff. Very accommodating and willing to see if they can get what they usually do not stock. Great product Ace paints. Hardware covers a good variety of most usual replacements most would be looking for.

Walked in to the store to get a key cut. The lady behind the counter, very rudely says we closing soon".To which I said "only need a key cut".The poor old miserable lady says "NO! CAN'T DO IT!"I walked out. End of story. Went to Walmart
