1st time there. Awesome huge facility, be attending the events more often. Good turn out today for barrel racing!! Congratulations to everyone.

This facility is run down and management is unwilling to provide the basic needs. No heat for water in the winter so frozen water buckets and you have to pack your water from the hydrant. Management is full of people who don’t care about you or your horse, they only care about being in control and bossy. They make complaints to almost everyone over silly trivial things. They make it very difficult to enjoy time with your horse. Lee the President is rude and extremely bossy and if you ever disagree or argue with him, he threatens to evict you or has someone in the committee evict you. A large percentage of the boarders do not like how Lee treats them. Another committee member smokes pot there all the time near the horses. He also tells people that someone has made a complaint about them when no one has made a complaint. There is much more unpleasant things going on there. So if you want to enjoy time with your horse, stay away from this place!
