A++++ I am so happy to have chosen Van Dusen & Steves. They walked me through the process and let me know the next steps and time line. They were excellent in commincation. Originally thought I only needed a basic land survey but changed it to a topological survey. The quality of their work is top notch. The property was a very difficult piece to survey. It has an extremely steep and wooded hill with a very odd and jagged property line. The detail in the typography was more than I expected. They also did an outstanding job in marking it with flags so I could easily follow. I am so pleased with their work and plan on using them again in the future!
