Ricardo and his team are extremely professional. He is true to his word and follows through very well. Beyond him being very professional with us, he is very knowledgeable cleaning/pressure washing, and he has super industrial equipment to back him up. Will highly recommend.

We used North Point Cleaning to scrape the moss from the roof and clean our vinyl siding and drive way. They did an excellent job, well priced and were quick. Everyone who came over thought we had painted the house because it was so clean. We will be using them in the future for sure.

I went into it a little skeptical about how it would turn out, but was pleasantly surprised that their methods actually produced very good results. It has given our complex a like new" look. I feel that the money spent by our Strata was well worth it and would consider using them again in future."

North Point went beyond what was expected and the quality of his work was exceptional. When the job was complete, Ricardo sent pictures to show what was done. Ricardo returned our call requesting a quote promptly and came over at the agreed to time. He was very thorough on his visit and found out exactly what we wanted. He even pointed out a few things that we had missed. The quote was reasonable and we set a time and date for the work. Ricardo and his employee showed up on time and the work was completed quickly and thoroughly. They were very professional and all of his equipment was top notch. I would highly recommend his services.

I contacted a couple of pressure washing companies before I connected with Ricardo. He answered my call, gave me a date, and we agreed on a price. He and his team showed up today on time with smiles on their faces and did an absolutely fantastic job!! All of them are polite, friendly and knowledgeable.My neighbours and I are so very impressed!! I highly highly recommend Ricardo and his team for any similar type work.
